The store was once a good deal, now prices have gone up too much. You can do better buying new from a store In many cases. Example - you can buy a new ball canning jar cheaper from a store than goodwill. If you go know you pricing and remember there’s no returns, the items are aged used and many times sold damaged.

I was a regular at this place for years but have recently moved to other locations. They have consistently raised prices and are now more expensive then the LA locations. They round up the till even if you request they don't. The last time this happened to me I asked for my change since I had requested no round up and was refused and the register attendant argued with me for making the request. Since this is technically considered theft I'm not sure how they are legally able to do this. They are also now cherry picking items from the bins and placing them to the side with premium price tags. I don't see this behaviour to this extent at other locations so i'm not sure who is approving this but they are diving people away.

Keep an eye at the register, they ROUND UP FOR YOU WITHOUT EVEN ASKING YOU (STEALING). They keep raising the prices and overcharging for big items and on top of that they take your change without even asking, stealing from you basically. This is at the goodwill outlet store by the pound, don't know if they do it at all stores. Also the "boss" lady is very mean and rude, she does not have manners.

These bins are very difficult to rummage through. How come this is the only bins location that does not have the blue bin tables? These Gaylords are not ideal for shopping. Also, staff starts asking customers to check out an hour before the store closes.

The fact that I can buy new clothes for the same price is disconcerting. Not super impressed with the prices. The “sales” are a joke too and a weird sales model/strategy.

I was very disappointed by my trip to these bins. Where to start…. So dirty, I have shopped at plenty of GW Outlets so I know it can be a little dirty. This was disgusting. The staff were very rude. The lady in charge was just screaming at people the whole time. I tried to ask a few workers questions and they walked away from me and acted like they couldn’t hear me. I don’t understand the Gaylord’s vs the blue bins. The Gaylord are so deep you can’t get to anything due to the weight on top. I feel that they are not getting rid of the majority of the product because no one can get through everything. I would never go back there again.

They bring out great stuff. BUT they need to switch out deep bins for the blue tables. If you're short this is not the place for you. You are likely to fall into the deep bins. I almost did. My back was hurting rummaging. Back pain equals going home early and not spending much money. Not great for business Goodwill.

while i was checking out at the outlet store , the cashier was making exaggerated groaning noises and getting very close to my face, as if mocking a special needs person. the way i know she was not special needs is because her co-workers were laughing and telling her to stop. in between her yelling, she was speaking normally as if she wasn’t doing anything. as i was walking out, her co-worker told me that she was “just messing with me” as if it was funny. extremely inappropriate behavior for workers, especially at goodwill.
