Responded immediately and fixed problem. Then took time to check whole system. It was way beyond my expectations.

"Make me look stupid quickly" is my motto with IT folks. These guys did just that. Owner is also extremely good at customer service.

The tech Justin just finished with issues on my personal computer. Justin is always spot-on when diagnosing and the fix is done. I have been with Genie for about 8 years and find their services and pricing very fair and so worth it! I find their services very worthy.
