The employee looked at my real Florida ID for several minutes and asked me what my birthday is. I told him my birthday, it was literally on my 25th birthday and I even made a comment about how it was my birthday today. He then refused to sell to me and kicked me out of the store and gave me an attitude. I've never experienced such terrible service before.

I am visiting from okalahoma and the employee wouldnt sell me alcohol because of my oklahoma drivers license. when i asked why he simply states "nope sorry" when i told him that he could call the police or scan it if necessary, he simply said nope. He then said "fuck you" when i was leaving the store. terrible experience

Went into gateway liquors to by a coworker a bottle for Christmas. Presented my TN id (as we recently moved), my military ID, and my old university Tennessee school ID. Clerk was extremely rude and told me to get a new "fake id. " he refused to look at acknowledge that I had multiple ids and credit cards all with my name on it. I later returned to the store with my passport as proof and was asked to purchase else where. I'm 24, i understand I may look young especially without make up but this really was profiling and a power trip at its finest. Recommend an alternate option.

They don't stay open till 11 they close early. I got there 20 minutes before 11 and the door was locked and all the lights are on. Smh

Favorite liquor store ever!! NJ is the best ever we always chat when I come in. He helps ward off the creeps too lol. Definitely recommend for everyone around! Way better priced than the 365 liquors too. 10/10!!

I'm 23 and from texas. I'm visiting my best friend for her birthday and I wanted to treat her to come texas vodka, deep eddys it's my fav. I am a petite person and I have an ed that makes me look much younger than I am. It was truly embarrassing when the man looked at my ID and refused to serve me I even have a MASSIVE 1999 tattoo. My friend who also bought beers had a ripped ID and he took it over my GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID BECAUSE HE ISNT AWARE OF AN ID THAT IS NOT FROM FLORIDA. anyways today I took 2 planes and had no issues with my REAL ID so I'm just super fucking pissed. Just go somewhere else.

Really nice store owners And there sons are friendly. but one of the guys there just Talks everyone's ear off and he's really vulgar And always complaining About EVERYTHING other then "him" And they Always close earlier then posted Also more times then I care to count they'll have a back in 30 minutes singh.
