Very knowledgeable about the products they carry.The kind gentleman that runs the place literally, I credit him for extending my pups life and extra 2 years.The quality of the pet food is exceptional and you will see a huge improvement in just a few days.Absolutely deserve 5 stars. This place is the best and they also offer grooming!

By far the nicest pet store in St. Pete. The owners are pleasant , customer service oriented ,usually on-site and knowledgeable about the products. Nice selection of products. Highly recommended

Terrible experience. Went in to discuss their services and my dog's needs and they assured all was good. Today called to make an appointment and they won't make an appointment because of her size. (70 pounds). Wish they knew their own policies. Lots of wasted time.
