Staff is abrasive and store policies are moronic. Prices are complete asinine and random. Broken mismatched items costing several hundred dollars as well as mold on lots of items. If you don’t want to have a professional interaction then don’t take a sales job. The gray haired goomba behind the counter with his fake teeth is the epitome of lazy manager that acts like a big shot cause he oversees a warehouse of moldy garbage.

This place is a gem! Yeah, sure there are alot of broken pieces that I dont see how anyone would buy but there is also a lot of gems there and some with no damage at all. I have been waiting for 8 months for my sofa to arrive and I saw the same sofa there even cheaper than what I paid at 20 percent off! I almost cancelled my purchase but it is due in any day and my salesman has been very patient with me calling so I hate to take away his sale! They have a buffet there that retails for 1,00o bucks for 350, actually about 8 of them. Some beat to hell and others with hairline cracks that are in in the mirror that would not show on back of the bottom. I wish I had not of thrown way my box for the one I just bought at home depot! I wish I would have discovered this place before I purchased any furniture at all! I would have saved a bundle!

I found a great dresser and chest of drawers there. Slight damage on one corner. I fixed it! I also found a matching mirror. I got a great desk chair like new! Now I'm going to look for headboard. Most of the stuff is not in new condition. And yes, some of it is damaged. Hence, the name of the business. If you want new, undamaged or like new furniture, go buy new. If you're handy in any way, check this place out!

They false advertise. Price tags on the furniture were listed incorrectly and were much higher than advertised. I saw a couch for $400 on the tag and it ended up only being ONE small part of the couch that came apart. Ended up being $400 for each piece and there were four pieces! How about advertise it correctly and don’t get peoples hopes up. The couch even had a few marks on it. Ridiculous price for something like that.

This place looks like it must have been wonderful years ago. Now it looks like the place stuff comes to die. Many items are broken and stained. Very few pieces are worth checking out. I kinda wish the go cart place across the street took over this building.

Me and my fiancé always come in here to walk around and see what is in stock, and for the first time we bought something, our new dining room table! They have some great pieces and no so great pieces, but it's all about the hunt! I had a great experience buying and picking up. Great prices as well - everything is negotiable which I like. Would recommend to anyone furniture shopping and doesn't mind a few scratches in turn for a great discount!

Great deals! Just do a thorough inspection of your item. The hutch is from here, the buffet is new. Couldn't tell if you tried that they aren't both new.
