The associates here are always great and sweet. I enjoy having conversations with the girls working there. On this visit, Kylin was helping me out and she was very nice! Always a good shopping experience here at this location! :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My experience at Francesca's boutique in St. Pete was wonderful! After a less-than-successful shopping trip at the mall for an upcoming wedding, Matt and I were thrilled to stumble upon Francesca's.Danielle, in particular, was a lifesaver. She not only helped me find the perfect outfit for the wedding but also went the extra mile to ensure I could order it in the right size and have it ready in time for our trip next week.Excellent service and great prices made our shopping experience at Francesca's truly delightful. Probably won't come back to the Tyrone store after a rather awkward and patronizing interaction with an employee last night (12/22/22) around 10 pm. She asked if I needed help finding anything. I replied, "No thanks". Found a hat that I loved and tried on-- didn't fit. The employee said that since my "weave" is too thick (I have real locs that nearly come down to my waist, and I had corrected her twice about it.) that I should visit a country western store to find a fedora that'll fit over my "braids". ? ? I left afterwards. The customer service wasn't there at all and she was completely tone deaf. Very disappointed.

Always stop by francesca's if I get the chance. Unique clothing and jewelry that are well-made, as well as fun gifts and knickknacks. I have a lot of these items in my closet, and they can be dressed up or down accordingly. Despite how small the store looks from the outside, there is a surprising selection. I am unable to give 5 full stars as the sizes run quite small -- I am generally a SML at most department stores, but have purchased anything from a SML to MED to LRG here, so I gotta set aside plenty of time when visiting. Also, because of this, ordering online isn't an option. Additionally, the cost is pretty high, but the items are long-lasting so that's something to take in to account. The staff at francesca's are always friendly, at both the Tyrone and Countryside locations. Will be back. Xx.

What a wonderful place to find that last minute gift. I was shopping for a hard to gift friend, and Kate helped me find the perfect candle and game. The selection there is fantastic, but don't just take my word for it. Merry Christmas

Honestly, my first experience at francescas was amazing the sales associate that helped me was Kendra and she very kind and professional and answered all my questions.\ I loved that she asked my name and really felt like she honestly wanted to help .\ Best customer service I had in a long time.
