Flowers Unlimited created a beautiful casket spray for my mom's funeral. I sent Marty a picture of the dress my mom would be wearing along with a list of her favorite flowers, and they not only met every request, but they added in some amazing orchids that elevated the arrangement from typical to very special. The Flowers Unlimited team helped us to honor our mom through their exquisite display. One final note, we gave them our budget number and they quoted $50. less with no delivery charge.

I am in Michigan and called the only florist still open on a Saturday at 4:30pm. I needed an arrangement for a funeral the following Monday at 1pm and Flowers Unlimited came through. The arrangement was beautiful. Highly recommend.

Marty took my afternoon call so cheerfully, and when I asked if there was any chance of a delivery today, she didn't miss a beat. It is a bit late she said, but yes, she had the time to sneak me into her busy schedule! The most lovely arrangement was designed and assembled in minutes, on the way to my customer. It's Friday, so the extra special help was out of the ordinary. What customer service and beauty! Thank you Flowers Unlimited!

Ordered online and payed, got a call 10 minutes later that they don't have the product I ordered and don't deliver to the location in the same city due to gas prices, but they charged $14 for delivery which is only 7 miles away, so I'll wait on the refund. If they don't deliver than I would suggest Flowers Unlimited take down the delivery option.

I went to this place at 4:54pm to get my mother some flowers for her birthday. The door was locked the worker looked dead at me through the window and walked to the back! This is completely upsetting and unprofessional as I rushed from work to make it on time to get flowers for my mother special day! I will never do business with them ever again
