I got an online order with only one show in it. The store was quick to help me with getting my order exchanged since they had the shoe in stock. If they didn’t they were willing to help me get my money back. Very pleased with the staff.

I walked all through this store for about 5 minutes interested in buying a new pair of shoes for work. Watched the two employees say hi to two other customers, and having a conversation with each other. While they were doing this, and I was not even remotely acknowledged. Probably because I’m dressed like a poor hippie that can’t afford a pair of shoes. That’s the feeling I got out of this. Well, you were wrong and lost a sale.

If you’re expecting any more then a greeting from this store than this store isn’t for you. Nothing like being checked out with my merchandise with the greeting “ you ready” instead of “did you find everything you’re looking for”. Don’t expect this store to last for six months based on how you’re treated.

Great customer service. Had an issue they could've ignored, that most stores would've ignored and just stuck to "thats policy". They turned an initial bad experience into a good one by listened and doing the right thing. Having 2 kids in sports JDs will now be the first store I look to when we need something.

I had the most wonderful experience ever at JD sports all because of I hate to butcher someone’s name, but I think her name is Mai, Linh or Milan but you are a star young lady. I love your personality. I love your warm and welcoming vibe, and you keep rocking your natural hair is so beautiful.

Omg A was our sales person and he had to be the dopest energy we experienced in the mall. He was eager to help and very patient and kind and polite . We were there for awhile and because of him we purchased four pairs of shoes and two packs of Nike socks . He was very attentive to our needs and wants and he also had a great personality and good sense of humor . We were visiting from Ohio but we’ll be back for sure because of him . S/O to An you’re dope and please stay that way you really made our day :)

We buy atleast 2 pairs of shoes a week from here but we got a pair for our kid yesterday that he ended up not liking the way they fit so when we tried to return them the lady gave attitude and refused any help at all said they were worn. My kid literally had them on 30 seconds to try them. Any way I took them to another combined store and had no problems so it was just her. We won’t be at Jds anymore bc of her. For sneaker heads like my family this becomes a big loss to your store weekly.

Very unpleasant experience I came there looking for a pair of shoes for my daughter, the store manager was very rude and unprofessional, lots of disrespectful work tone and excessive amounts of profanity towards employees, and discrimination, if it wasn’t for the help of Gavin whom I thank so very much for being patient and helping understand which shoes would fit my child best I probably wouldn’t have gave that place any of my money.
