Tried to open a bank account - was told no problem but come back the next day. Returned and set up an account only to have an issue with the interest rate. Was told they had to get clearance from another manager. Waited 3 days. Called. No call back from anyone - including the manager who sat down with me. Strange. No sense of urgency or follow up. Not impressed.

What a great group. Stopped in to do a deposit and we just had a really fun two or three minutes. It was Selina Brandon and Tim. All just very jovial very friendly very fun and efficient too!Such a pleasant little surprise.

Timothy Basso has made my customer experience at Fifth third on St. Pete Beach absolutely incredible.He is always precise and quick to respond , and he and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming every time I walk in .There are a unbelievable example of great business and I will continue to bank with them .

I've stepped foot in this bank and they actually denied me a checking and/or savings account. I went down the St. to Bank Of America and they welcomed me with open arms. I talk highly of Bank of America's checking account! As for savings your going to find the absolute best Apr% return on the money in your savings account at Marcus Goldman Sachs. It is variable currently I believe their savings account APR is 1.55% return

In general I am very happy with Fifth Third, especially my branch in downtown Saint Petersburg. They welcome me by name and go out of their way to make sure they can help me solve problems. They closed my branch because of covid-19, they don't have a drive-thru. St Pete Beach branch is anything but helpful and friendly.

On today's "Adventures Into The Real World" I ventured out to Fifth Third Bank. I do not bank with them and simply needed to make a check deposit into someone's account. It was my first experience with the business and a great first time experience at that! I used the drive up teller to make my deposit. The gal who assisted me was a peach! She was the only one manning the drive up but she was quick and friendly. I had the account number I was depositing to but probably wouldn't have needed it because she immediately knew whom I was referencing when I said their name. I thought that personal touch was super cool! Overall this was a happy social experience for such an ordinary transaction. I'm super pleased. This review is only for this branch and not for Fifth Third Bank as a businesses.

No ATM! Just moved here from out of state and not happy I have to go out 29 minutes or more to a bank that I bank with from another state with great service. But from the looks of reviews ..! This bank hasn't had the best reviews. I arrive and it has no ATM after hours to make my deposit.
