This is the Best Bank around!! The only bank that treats u like family. Tyler is the !!BOMB!! Never ever has any bank, regions or wells fargo. Tyler called me after 1wk to make sure I didn't have any issues with App, and then I believe on my 1 month anniversary.
BEST BANK!!! I highly recommend

I have attempted to get assistance multiple times throughout the years and this is downright the worst bank possible and they don’t bother cashing checks written from them

I’ve been with 5/3 for almost 6 years and I love it! Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Specifically, Patricia is very nice, helpful, and personable. When needed, customer service is always impeccable too!

3 words: Totally Free Checking. When I moved to Florida I switched banks to fifth third. I am so glad I did. Banks seem to relish charging rates for obscure things. Not Fifth third, Instead of charging me an overdraft fee They sent me a text message so I can transfer money from another account and avoid an overdraft fee. Fifth third has also has a new no cost Bucs debit card that gives you a discount on Bucs merchandise at their stadium store

I love this branch. I've been with 5th 3rd for 20 years and have always been treated very well. The manager at this branch is always so welcoming and my personal banker, Catalina has just become my bestie. I recently had my account compromised and Catalina did such great work helping me straighten everything out, get a new account set up and helped calm my nerves through the whole process. I love them.

If I could make it to where there was -5 Stars I would do so this bank I thought was so great when I first opened up the account and then two months after having it someone stole my whole purse with all my bank and cards in it and along with a check that I had previously done a mobile deposit on and yes it was full of me to have kept that check with it already signed on the back for me in my wallet but I never thought my purse would be stolen well it was and the woman who stole it was able to actually go into her bank and cash it in Fifth Third gave me credit back for the transaction the woman used all my card but wouldn't acknowledge the fact that she even though she had signed the back of it did in fact cash it when it was stolen and not only did they close my account out but they sent me off to a law firm and it has caused such severe Financial hardships this is the worst bank experience I have ever had terrible I want a refund and an apology from them

Parking lots are for their employees only. I parked there and one of the girls told me to move out and said those parking lots are for her employees only. But there is no sign. They don’t even know I’m their customer or not.

The worst bank in history… have been a 53rd customer for 5/6 years and live right down the street from this location…. They are so rude and so nosey… they always question me and why I am depositing and withdrawing money… I drive 10 mins away to go to pinellas park location and I suggest you do the same… I usually stay away from this location due to previous rudeness and them making me feel awkward for comming in to deposit my checks… I recently came back to this location for the first time in a year or so… I went through drive through and was asked why I was wasn’t just using the drive up atm… like excuse me I wanted to use your drive up service that you offer… then I was told she took 20 mins just to come back to talk to me. Then when she did she said if I wanted cash out of my account that it would be 7$ cashing fee of my check… she was just being lazy and they are under staffed and didn’t want to deposit my check and do a separate withdrawal… so she told me I had to cash my check and pay for it to be cashed… never have I been to a bank and constantly being told what to do with my money…. My experiences have been so uncomfortable at this location I have almost cancelled my account that I have had for 5/6 years…. Stay away!!!!

Man, I do have to say that this is the only bank where I've had my debit card get compromised twice. Customer support was helpful enough in replacing them, but I never really got that peace of mind back.Trying to make an appointment by phone to close my accounts was kind of a nightmare. There's a special brand of frustration that comes from jumping properly through every hoop to make sure your errands are in check, only to have one fall through the cracks and cost you an hour and a half that you really didn't need nor want to spend on the thing you'd already prepared and set aside time for. I never got a call for this appointment, but was told I'd be called back when I called myself 15 minutes after it was scheduled. 5 minutes to close and I just called again in the hopes that I could make an in-person appointment for another day and get the process over with.That said, Anton/Tony is a king. He immediately took his own time to help me out and the process was done over the phone in 3 minutes. I just wish the 3 minutes had happened when my appointment was scheduled, you know?Besides these instances it's been a very average banking experience. Their mobile app is easy to navigate and understand, so that's a plus as well.

Today was my son's birthday and he was so excited to get his very first checking account. Emily Karsen was the absolute BEST and she made the experience so smooth and easy. She was so professional and even helped me with a card issue I was having. She took her time with us and was amazing. I have been with 5/3 bank for years and I love this bank.
