Absolutely loved the customer service Emily gave. Getting my packages delivered and actually receiving them was a headache but Emily was able to find it in record time in the warehouse and get it out to me. 5/5 customer service.

What a horrible experience. I have a lung disease and am disabled and I live on the 2nd floor. I also have cats. I try to get litter and food delivered from Chewy because I cannot carry it up the stairs.The delivery driver fights with us every month. She will not carry it up the stairs even though she has a dolly. She even told us "you don't look disabled".I even switched to a paid business account, and put in delivery instructions. We get lip service from the delivery manager but every month it is left in the apartment office a block away.We have to stay on hold for literal hours each month talking to different offshore customer service representative who will do nothing time and time again until you can finally get a local number.I don't understand why this person won't just do her job. Why she has a job delivering packages if she won't do it. Why the delivery manager won't make her do her job or why they won't help people with disabilities get their packages so their cats don't starve.Every single aspect of this experience is horrible and I'd recommend any other delivery service over this.

Whichever driver has my route is absolutely awful. Not once since I’ve lived in this house have any of my FedEx deliveries arrived on their scheduled date. Not usually a big deal, but when you adjust your schedule because the packages are “adult signature required” it’s kind of obnoxious that you guys can’t hold up your end of the deal.I watched a FedEx truck pull into the neighborhood across the street from me an hour ago, and now my tracking estimate says “pending”. Won’t be here to sign for it tomorrow so I’m probably waiting til Monday now. Worst part is this isn’t the first time.I get medication delivered for my dog and everytime it’s set for a Saturday the driver just refuses to attempt a delivery and marks it as “could not deliver”.. I live on 38th Ave north, a busy street with a wide open driveway…. I shouldn’t be having these problems when I had to pay so much to use your terrible service. When I lived on 62nd Ave NE, the driver I had there was awesome. He never missed a delivery and was super friendly and always greeted my dogs. Pretty sure his name was Brendon?You guys need to do better with your scheduled deliveries. This is absurd

FedEx continues to deliver large boxes and furniture to another building even though I have complained and they know we have to hire movers to get our orders across the street.

Just go to show you when you're not looking. Didn't even know this place was even back there and that back corner of 102nd and 16th great facility. It's a damn shame that I had to go there in person to pick up my package that the driver did not try to even deliver. I don't particularly care for FedEx. I would call it other things, but we won't go there. Normally when a driver delivers your package, they're supposed to put a door knocker on your door. Well they made two attempts. No door markers on the door on those two attempts so that tells me right there that the driver didn't even try to deliver it and that's why I had to go out there to the facility and pick it up. Luckily I got there before the driver had a chance to put it somewhere else. FedEx employees need better training on delivering packages, even cold and talked to management and gave Pacific instructions on where my address is and still the driver could not get it right. Very big disappointment, especially when I've been waiting on this package for 2 and 1/2 months

My experience with FedEx prior to today has been great. A shipment that has very time sensitive equipment in it, has now been "undeliverable" for 2 days. When I inquired of FedEx support, I was told "well they'll try tomorrow" even though I was at home ALL DAY waiting on this to arrive. Terrible experience, horrible delivery. I will never use this company again.

my package was delivered to the wrong place, the second part of that order still has not been delivered, wonder where they took it, oh well it was only $678.

Worst place to work, temp can get up to 110 Fahrenheit in the trailers, boxes come down the shoot way too fast, high injury rate, wiuldnt be suprised if workers have been had lethal damage, management doesnt care much for the new workers, if you arent buds with the people who control the speed they will try to kill you with the amount and speed the boxes are, good luck working as a loader for the long trailers cuz they out to get you

They took a week and never got it right. They could not find my address even though I clearly told them exactly where the property was. They kept confusing it with another property over and over again. I finally had to go down to the FedEx station myself and pick it up. Very frustrating

I wouldn’t even give it a one star but I had to in order to post this comment. My package was ordered on the 10th and it travel from up north all the way down to Saint Petersburg by the 14th. It has been sitting in their warehouse since then, and today is the 18th. And it still doesn’t have a delivery date. I ordered in time to be here because I had family coming in and I wanted my spa for when they arrived. I can’t get a hold of anyone and I just now figured out where it’s located. I’m gonna try to go get it. I don’t know what the situation is with this company, but this is the worst delivery situation that I’ve ever experienced. From now on I’m going to request going with UPS. Well that’s it folks. I hope they have it over there waiting for me.

Absolutely disappointed in the management and driver team here. Echoing everyone else, I’ve been expecting a package for two days now- with notices of now two failed delivery attempts when I was home for both days, no notice and no paper slip things. This is was a gift and it’s disheartening to know that the deliverers do not care, which also unfortunately falls on their leadsership. If they aren’t delivering packages, then what are they doing with your vehicles? Please take accountability for the low quality of work being recognized in the community from this fedex delivery location.
