DO NOT USE IF TIME IS CRITICAL.
FedEx does not care about delivery promises. I expensively mailed a package overnight, and despite the package being in the destination delivery center a full eleven hours before the package was promised to be delivered, they randomly decided to delay delivery an additional two days. I will not use any of their services in the future including printing. (I literally bought a printer after this incident so I’m not tempted.)

I was served by Laura R today, June 1, 2024 at the 2755 Tyrone Blvd, St Petersburg Fl, office store. This was a complex printing job and Laura handled it perfectly, was most professional and polite in doing so.

Ordered thru Canva for the first time and it was ready in less than 24 hrs. Staff was very nice and helpful, no issues. Will be back!

I had to fedex out a return and had a label but didn't have a printer to print it back, after I had used the copier to print out the label to get taped to the box and handed the box to the employee I was kindly shown that for futures I don't need to go through all that, I just needed to scan the barcode and the machine will print out the label and check it into the system for free. It only cost me like 10 cents to print it so it wasn't a big deal but it was nice to know that for future I can get it all done for no charge!

I had a rush order mount/ laminate job done on an oversized poster and these ladies were up for the task! Great to see people giving amazing customer service and being competent as well. Highly recommend. Laura and the store manager were amazing!

Women working on 1/17 opening shift was incredible rude and said she couldn’t scan my package. Took it to another location and they had no issue scanning.

This is against FedEx in general, not this location. Don't trust FedEx. They will misplace your package or not scan it in. Twice this has happened to me in the last 2 weeks.

Told lady working at the Tyrone location I had to send a piece of medical equipment had to be there by next day. Was charged $187.00. Well nobody told me that after 5pm would not go until the next day. They do not deliver on Sunday so next day means 3 days later. Went to the store the same lady told me that she told me that. I said I would have never paid that kind of money for 3 day delivery. Done with FesEx
