Save your money and sanity and go to ups. Terrible customer service and wanted over $100 to overnight a small charging cord. Asinine prices! And don’t forget your id cause you’ll need that to send a tiny cord as well.

The asian lady that works there needs to go back to FedEx University to get re educated because she has no clue what she is doing.
The manager at this location also just stands there and lets her do what she does best.
Do better FedEx.

I recommend this FedEx office to everyone because of how kind and patient the staff here is. Today, Brandon saw me getting out of my car at 8 months pregnant and offered to carry a bunch of heavy baby gear boxes for return, which was so kind and appreciated. Thank you Brandon!!

FedEx delivered a package to my house that had two FedEx labels on it, one with my name on it and one with some initials but no full name. I opened it and it turned out that it wasn’t mine. I brought the package to this location and the employee that I dealt with was very condescending, telling me that I shouldn’t open packages that aren’t mine. They refused to take the package back because it was opened. I asked the employee what I should do with the package. His response was, it is up to you but you can’t leave it here. He then gave me the address of the main FedEx distribution center in the county and said maybe they will take it there and that it would be “the right thing for me to do” to bring it there. Someone paid to have a package delivered and FedEx messed it up. The right thing to do would have been for FedEx to take it back and get the package to the correct person. I couldn’t believe the attitude of this individual or the smug look that he gave me throughout the conversation. FYI - the distribution center did take the package, but they looked very confused.

I visited this store to scan about 100 old photos to a hard drive. The cost is about 50 cents a scan. One of the employees asked me if I had an iphone and told me I would be able to directly scan to my iphone and save my pictures. Of course the cost was zero. It is rare to find this level of customer service and care anymore and it was awesome! I would ceretainly recommend this business!

I am baffled about the previous reviewer's poor review. I have been going to this FedEx store for sometime now because it is very convenient to where I live. Not only is Marylin very helpful but also professional and friendly. Marylin and the whole staff at FedEx has always been great with their customer service. Thank you Marylin for always assisting me with the printer and scanner! You have always been so patient with me. I even joked about never remembering the steps on using the printer…I really should know it by now! Keep up the awesome job!

If you want bad customer service each time you visit, come here. Marilyn is always rude and unprofessional and talks back to customers. She is nosey and will ask a lot of questions when you just want her to do her job. She is always directing you to self service instead of helping you. Like lady with the braces, I just need you to listen, not give attitude, and do your job. Is that so hard for you to understand?!!?! She obviously wants to do the least work possible while her colleagues go above and beyond

Ken is always positive and welcoming to all customers. I’ve seen him at his busiest and he’s never loses his cool. He goes above and beyond - a refreshing reminder of what excellent customer service should be.
