Had a package delivered to my house that never arrived. I know it was FedEx who took it to the wrong address because they sent me a picture of it at the wrong house. I opened a case number which just closed itself for no reason and FedEx’s atrocious customer support line legitimately hangs up on me because it says I don’t have an active tracking number, yet I still don’t have my package because of this company’s incompetence.

Always a pleasure to come here, always super nice and helpful with any needs you might have. I wish more of my returns were with FedEx than UPS which has been extremely hard to deal with (both on the phone and in store in person)

WORST FEDEX IVE EVER BEEN TO! HAD A SIGN PRINTED THAT I PAID OVER $100 FOR AND NEDED IT TO BE ACCURATELY PRINTED AND THEY MESSED UP 3 TIMES! The size was messed up all 3 times & then the third time they took it upon themselves to change my entire file to a different font and didn’t even bother telling me. THE OWNER AND A WORKER DID THIS AND DIDNT EVEN LET ME KNOW!! i sent this file in on saturday at 10am and received 2 wrong files 30m after closing time. the owner panicked obviously from the mistakes his workers made and rushed to the store to then not know how to fix any of the errors and proceeded to give me a wrong printout for the third time!!!! & now the store is closed all of sunday & this project is due first thing monday morning. thanks fedex for your lack of transparency and competency.

Every single time I get something printed here the work is incredible and the staff is amazingly helpful. this location is no longer near my work, but I still chose it to get all my printing done because they are truly the best!
