Brought them 4 bags of things to ship to my cousins after my aunt passed away in August 2024. They did a magnificent job. As my cousin Jeff wrote Just finished unwrapping both boxes!!! Unbelievable packing job!!! Will look at the book now!!!

I reached out to this company to transport a valuable painting from Indian Shores to Pennsylvania. The company picked up the art piece and had it professionally packed and secured the painting so that it was completely protected. They provided me with the shipping details immediately and the owner followed up with me personally to confirm delivery. All of the shipping instructions were done over the phone. I recently purchased some items from an auction and was unable to pick them up in person. Family Pak and Ship was able to pick them up for me, pack them and ship them out. When my items arrived I could tell everything was packed professionally. I was blown away at how well everything was wrapped and protected. I would not hesitate to use them again. Excellent service!

After searching for a locally owned & operated place to ship some items back home, I stumbled across this company. From the moment I walked it, greeted with amazing hospitality. The two owners of company helped with every question I had & gave detailed answer with explanation as to why.Items were delivered on time and no damage. I ended up renting PO Box as well since I have been needing one — look no further for any shipping needs !!!!
