I'm happy to report that the store no longer feels like an oven, and the back of the store no longer smells like a sewer.
The cashier was very friendly and courteous. I always had good experience with the cashiers here even when it was a bad work environment for the workers.
To whoever is responsible for the turnaround, kudos.

I miss Muktar. The new store manager is extremely rude. This place used to have a friendly, welcoming feel & you walked in to a bunch of familiar faces. I was in 3 times yesterday, as I live across the street, and the new store manager (I believe his name is Chris) was extremely rude to 2 different groups customers who both happened to be black, (although I’m not sure if that had anything to do with him being rude). I’ve been a loyal customer here for 4+ years, stopping in multiple times a day, and seeing his attitude made me realize that I’d rather take my business elsewhere.

The new manager has rearranged the store and it looks amazing. He's been cleaning and making it tidy! Much more enjoyable to go!

Came into store after not being there for a few months. The store has completely changed it's more open and corn, the new manager is super nice and helpful. He has definitely changed the store for the better. It's more open and welcoming. Sooo much cleaner

Firstly the aisles were all clogged with stuff not put away.The young guy who cashiered for me shorted me 2 dollars. I showed him and also asked for a receipt. He said he didn't have one even though I saw the receipt coming out. He took several minutes to open the register and gave me Pennie's and buckles and not quite 2 dollars. When I got home I realized he also overcharged me 3 or 4 dollars.I was kinda scared as there were several desperate looking people around the area and inside. I left.Don't go ... run.

You all left the security tag thingy in my purchase. We didn't discover it until we opened the Bucs sheets set I bought at your store.Yes, I can prove I brought it there.Always fun to find that on your gift in Christmas morningI can prove I actually purchased itReceipt got thrown away but I have proof of the purchase in my bank statement. Was over 100.00 and the blanket itself was 56.00.Surprised the alarm didn't go off when I went out of the store.

This Family Dollar sucks they refuse to give you the deals from the coupons that you clip in their app. I just went in today to get four boxes of cereal for $6 because I clipped a coupon.. the worker says there's nothing they can do. This has happened several times. Family Dollar needs better customer service. I spend a lot of money in there and I'm not going to anymore until they resolve this.

Things are not quite a dollar anymore but the price are low and you can find great deals. Even on groceries. The shelf's may be a little disorganized as the store but they pack a lot of stuff you wouldn't think to find.
