Have been coming here for a min; it’s been great; the audacity of one of the employees today was unnecessary. I was there to purchase goods and I was told off by one of the female employees. 3/4/24 I was there about 5:40 ish. Ridiculous; especially from a paying customer.

Last Friday afternoon I was in the store with my Joe his female friend Chuck we had all had gotten into a bad fight there in the store Joe them was very rude to me people had saw it asked if I was ok I was just crying ?

Terrible service, store always a mess. They don't speak, but had the one with the red mop looking hair a "manager " basically accused me of stealing, asked to look at my purse, said she was going to check the cameras, and then was selling out while I was paying and then had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day, like you clearly don't serve Jesus, so stop playing with His name. I won't be back! Such a degrading experience and when I tried to talk to her about it, she just got more disrespectful.

When the guy Buster was here the lines move faster, it was clean and he made it a frendly place to go and shop. Now everyone is mad and do not speak when you walk into the store fix it Jesus

I went in here this afternoon. My hands were full and when I got in line I dropped my paper towels. The young man that was working on the floor stocking came and picked up my paper towels and held them for me till it was my turn. I was very thankful and this shows there are still those out there with kind hearts and helpful hands..

Products sitting in every isle in boxes. Employee would not help me find items I was looking for. The store on 4 Street South & 17 Street South. 1 employee was standing outside smoking, I thought he was a begging. The other 2 employees was sitting inside right next to each other holding a conversation with each other. I ask if they had the product and they both said no, but I went back and searched for it by myself and found it. Just poor customer service.

I will never ever step foot in family Dollar bought a pizza two small bottles of Lipton iced tea and a pack of gum way overcharged back for a change of a five would not give it to would not be double bag my bag of course bag broke worst experience years of going there never again

Depending on what day you come, you may experience some real trifling happenings here. ? The guy who sings all the time is fabulous. He always makes it worth my visit, rather its Whitney Houston, Patti LaBelle or Gladys Knight! Love him.
