Just bought a suit yesterday and wasnt sure how to go about it but the staff here was SO helpful! I wish I knew the woman’s name that helped me but she went out of her way to give me tips and advice the entire way through. She had a cool accent and she might have been the manager. Idk but thanks!!!

This place is RACIST. 3 store employees were consistently following me around the store while other white patrons were not being followed around. On multiple occasions I was asked if I was doing well, and I said yes on multiple occasions. In between me trying on garments in the dressing room they locked my door so that I had to ask an associate to open the dressing room. During payment the cash register associate was not allowed to finish checking me out until the manager finished a “grabbing” something for him in the back. I’ve worked retail and this is protocol for theft. I displayed no signs of trying to steal, they just profiled me.

I have always loved this store but today was my best experience ever by far. Jess was so helpful and went above and beyond her job to make sure I felt comfortable in the outfit I chose for my occasion. I felt like I had my own personal stylist. She is absolutely fabulous and Express his lucky to have her!!

Manager must be new. I have never seen her before today. I mine as well been talking to myself. She barely spoke to me and had no social ques. I think you can do better.

I was short on time and needed some clothes so I looked up the hours. Their website says they open at 10:00am. Waited around until 10:30 and still closed. Don't waste your time, they might not even be open.

Probably the worst Express store in the US. The service there was terrible, and will be reported to their corporate HQ. Only one person made any effort to be of any help. Uneducated sales people paint a very, very poor image of an otherwise decent chain.

U get one star after i walked around your store for 30 mins , found a bunch of cute stuff, and u then informed me I COULD NOT TRY ANY OF IT ON. U should post a note in your atore window stating the dressings rooms are closed so this way people know and dont waste their time shopping. Express at Ellington let me try on clothes and i didnt die from Covid so theres no excuse other than u guys dont want sales or profit .

Literally just a mall. I would come out of my way to go to this location, it's just nothing special. A lot of the stores have closed down, the Mall staff is very kind and friendly but in general it's just kind of a gross area. I had worked there and nearby around Christmas was popping off gunshots... No thanks. I came here around 10 to 15 years ago and it was an absolute nightmare so I am giving it three stars because they did a nice job remodeling it, but don't let the exterior for you. Plus, it's a Simon mall property- if that says enough! The three stars are literally purely for the employees & the exteriors sake. I'd rather go to Tampa's mall!
