This gym is something special and the best in the St. Petersburg area! The coaches go above and beyond by showing you the skills/workouts first and helping individuals with injuries find alternatives! Every single coach is dedicated to their clients and participants in the class. I’ll like to shout out Courtney for helping me get back into fitness and Mallory for helping me understand nutrition and that it’s okay to eat and also Brett for bringing the energy! If you want a small or even a big change in your fitness or nutrition, I highly recommend elevate!

I tried out a few different gyms after moving to the area and Elevate definitely was the most welcoming and educational. I appreciate that the coaches are always assisting with form and pushing you over the finish line!

Been attending the workouts for years. The facilities are nice and comfortable, the trainers are knowledgeable and kind and the workouts challenging. The community makes you feel like family. Amazing place.

Very high praise for Elevate! The classes they offer are fantastic! You will get a solid, well-rounded, vigorous workout here! They change the exercises enough to challenge different muscle groups. They encourage folks to push themselves safely. A big shout out to Tom, Mitch, and owner Mallory for being supportive, friendly, and encouraging on the fitness journey! Highly recommend Elevate!!

I have been a member here for over 7 years!I love everything about my experience at Elevate. The trainers are attentive and knowledgeable and always there to help you achieve your goals. I also love that this is a locally owned gym!! Best gym hands down!!

The Strong As A Mother class is exceptional. As someone who has had challenges with fertility, and challenges finding a gym experience that I enjoy, it’s so nice to be welcomed in a class that supports you in meeting your goals in movement and lifestyle. My trainer, Allison, is also a doula and it’s cool to see how the class is modified for women through out the different stages of their pregnancy, through postpartum and those trying to conceive. There is a lot of focus on proper breathing and proper form, which is something I was really looking for in a class. And with the class sizes not being too large, there is more individualized focus. The space is very motivating, positive and encouraging.

I was nervous about lifting, thought it would be short term but got addicted to the personalized nutrition, fitness coaching from Mallory and family vibe in the gym. 2 years in and best gym experience ever and so much stronger! Highly recommend for everyone but especially supportive environment for Moms.

Best gym in town!I am forever grateful for Mallory at Elevate. When I was newly postpartum I needed an outlet for my postpartum anxiety and running wasn’t cutting it. I was hesitant to start lifting weights bc I’ve never done anything like this before. Mallory made me feel incredibly comfortable and confident in what I was working in the gym. I quickly grew to love strength training and more importantly the relationship I built with my gym family!If you’re a Mama looking to get strong, search no further and ask about her Strong as a Mother program; it literally saved my life ❤️

I dropped in for a class this morning and all of the coaches were extremely friendly and knowledgable and the workout was awesome! Challenging plus functional. Plus they had free FITAID after the workout so it was a total score! Thanks for letting me drop in! Highly recommend checking this gym out if you're in the St. Pete area.

I was new to the St. Petersburg area when I found out I was expecting & Elevate St. Pete was the perfect find. I was looking for a workout that would keep me challenged while also helping to navigate the all-new world of pregnancy - I knew I needed to find someone that could guide me in safe, effective prenatal workouts & beyond.I simply don't know what I would have done without Elevate's "Strong as a Mother" program - I've had a healthy pregnancy, have felt strong, & I'm going into the final step of having a baby feeling ready & empowered thanks to Mallory & the team. I also look forward to continuing to workout there as my fitness goals evolve. 5 stars & then some!

Joining Elevate is quickly becoming one of my best fitness decisions. Classes are a great way to start the day and are tremendously more beneficial than my own solo workouts. I’ve been a member for about a month and a half now and have loved every workout. Previously, I’ve always just done my own thing at gyms. At the Elevate classes, I actually work up a sweat and get in a proper workout. Excellent coaches and programming.I mostly take Tom’s morning classes. He is an excellent coach and provides highly useful and timely feedback regarding form and execution. It’s the first time that bench pressing has actually felt natural, thanks to his guidance. All the coaches genuinely want to see you succeed and Elevate is a welcoming atmosphere. Mallory, the owner, is engaging and cares about the gym members. She’s also a great coach. I’ve enjoyed Jess’s Sunday recovery yoga classes too. They’re a solid way to recover and focus on mobility and flexibility.I trust the daily workout programs and finish each workout with a sense of accomplishment. Great way to get some social time in as well. The fellow members are encouraging and truly add to the experience. One of the aspects I appreciate most about Elevate and the coaches is the attention to doing movements correctly with proper form and technique. Do yourself a favor and jump in for a session. I’m sure you’ll have a great workout!

I did personal training with Rob at Elevate for about nine months. I came to him referred by a friend because I had herniated a disc in my lower back and he specializes in treating those kinds of injuries; in fact, he's recovered from that same injury himself.When I started with Rob I was in chronic pain. Even normal tasks like bending down to tie my shoes or getting in and out of my car hurt me. After my time with him I am not only pain-free, but I am in far better shape than I thought possible.I hurt my back when I was trying to get back into shape after I put on a lot of weight during COVID. I was trying to do an exercise that I didn't know the proper technique for. When training with Rob he kept a close eye on my form, asked how I felt, adjusted my technique if need be, and always listened to me if something felt off. I felt safe putting my trust in him during my recovery. Also, I want to emphasize that every aspect of my training was tailored to me, my injury, my recovery, and my path going forward. I am equipped with so much more foundational knowledge about lifting, and I feel confident that I can lift weight safely and maintain my level of physical fitness without fear of re-injuring myself.Finally, Rob is a consummate professional and an all-around good guy. I had such a positive experience training with him, and I highly recommend him!

I am not someone who's a big fan of gyms, but my boyfriend convinced me to sign up at Elevate, and I (begrudingly) agreed. I couldn't be happier. The group classes are great, the trainers are attentive and explain the movements and physiology well, and I tend to see the same people at the same class, so there's a nice sense of community and positive encouragement.Some workouts are challenging, and others seem damn near impossible, and yet I always leave having survived (miraculously), and feeling a real sense of accomplishment.Highly recommend! Your body and mind will thank you.

I joined elevate around 4 weeks ago and it has been great. The environment is Safe, Welcoming, and full of people wanting to get better and coaches who push you to better. For anyone looking to further their fitness goals or just want to be active in any way, I highly recommend coming to this gym, you will not regret it.

I started personal training with Elevate three weeks ago after hitting a fitness rut at my previous gym. I'm really enjoying learning how to safely weight lift and how to challenge myself. I met with my trainer, Robert, and he listened to my goals and is always prepared with a new lesson and has been really great about working with my schedule when I got sick over the holidays. Looking forward to more sessions and possibly joining the group classes in the future!
