My sales associate was QUE she was very friendly and answered all of my questions and knowledgeable about the type of shoe and if it would work well for a 4 year old with wide feet and for it to not leave blisters or hurt his feet after wearing them all day at daycare! Definitely will be coming back to shop here!-

Does not follow posted store hours. Close at random times. You have to ask for assistance when store employees are just walking around. Horrible customer service. Do not order anything and have it sent to the store. The employees try and give you a hard time. Shipping fees are way too pricey. Shop on Nike, foot locker, JD sports, or champs for your dope sneakers!!

Absolutely horrible. Refused to sell me a pair of shoes because I did not use my government name instead used nick name but still had the name on my id. Horrible customer service. Don’t recommend.

Terrible service, I don’t k is if they’re in the back screwing or smoking but they locked the doors in the middle of the day leaving MULTIPLE customers confused… the hours are clearly posted on the doors and the doors are locked outside of those hours 2 days before a Christmas holiday… yeah great job with sales for the day guys

As a person who works in retail, their employees need a training in customer service. I support this business a lot , however on yesterday I wanted to walk out but my son needed some shoes. As I walked in , I notice I’m the only one on the store and there are 2 employees in the back just talking. ( a young lady and young man) As I walk closer to the back to check out the kids shoes, I’m literally maybe 10 feet away from them and get no words. I maybe check out the shoes for literally 5 minutes without getting no response. No hello, no welcome to DTLR, no let me know if you need help. No nothing. But they keep on talking. As I finally pick up the shoe I wanted, I felt like I was being wrong to interrupt their conversation by asking them could I get that particular shoe in the size I wanted. And turns out, the person that ended up checking me out was way in the back and those 2 still kept talking. Now, I’m definitely not a hard person to please and don’t go out my way to bash companies, but this was definitely bad customer services. At least greet your customers, even if you are busy, which they weren’t but next time I guess I will have to go to Hibbett!

We call the store earlier in the day and asked if they could hold a pair of new Jordan's for us until I got off at 7 and was told yes. A man was in the store and paid the cashier money to buy all of the Jordan's including the pair I asked if they can hold. I think its not good customer service if you allow your employees to take money to go in their pocket so another customer can buy something only to go on Facebook to sell the shoes for $60 more a pair. Some of us hard workers and its unfair that people like me have to suffer because the store allows this. I will be contacting cooperate office and I hope rules are changed and employees are not allow to take side money, so one individual can make a profit. Very discussed!!

Fly stuff in here. Everything in the store wasn't something I could see myself wearing. However, it's a chill vibe of a setting for shopping. They have a vast assortment of sneakers for anyone looking to get the fundamentals of being a sneaker head ?. They also sell Timbs ? (boots). The clothing here is a major selection. Selections from Ralph Lauren undergarments, to Nike & Air Jordan tracksuits. They have the late Nipsey Hussle collab with Puma for his 'The Marathon Continues' staple. They have a small selection of True Religion. They have Smoke Rise if you're on a budget for a decent look. Other than that, that's the bulk of it. The staff was ok, the lady who worked asked if I was okay whilr looking around. I didn't make a purchase today when I went, just looking to see if I wanted anything out of here for future reference.
