We have had truly exceptional experiences with Michael in the Saint Petersburg store. We bought a home a year ago and needed quite a bit of furniture for a large open floorplan space. I had no idea what to do and tried working with several independent designers with no success. I went to DOMA and met Michael and from the very beginning he has been fantastic. He has come to our home twice for design appointments and his eye for design and ability to articulate a range of ideas and options, while incorporating the stylistic tastes of the customer, is excellent. We couldn't be happier!

Furniture and accessories at Doma are absolutely fabulous. If you’re looking for contemporary and modern furniture, this is definitely the place to go. I worked with Michael Koolick and he is absolutely the best. He listens to what you need, understands your style and helps to steer you to it exactly what you’re looking for. I’ve worked with a lot of people in the same role as he is in and I have to say he is the best.

I have purchased several items on different occasions over the years from Doma. It is by far my favorite furniture store in the Tampa Bay area. Stephanie is a very good saleswoman and a very pleasant person.

Awesome experience! This furniture store was highly recommended by a friend. When I visited the store, it had plenty of options in the showroom and more custom finishes and hardware available. Michael is very knowledgeable and helpful in the showroom. He provided samples of the custom options and showed me all of my selections virtually to help visualize everything together. He and the delivery team are extremely professional and communicative. The furniture is well-made, and the design is very modern. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! This is know the 3rd time we have had Taylor as our sales consultant and he is the best. If I ever need furniture from Doma I will always go to him.The staff at the tent sale was incredible... And as always your delivery team are the nicest delivery people around.

We had a very nice experience purchasing our sectional from Doma. We had gone to several other stores but didn't find what we wanted. We found exactly the clean, sleek style and firm cushions at Doma that we were seeking but we wanted to custom order a larger size and fabric. Stephanie was extremely helpful - answering many questions, providing fabric samples, and being super-careful with our order. She is an asset to the store, and I very much appreciate her knowledge and the fact that she was there to help us, not just to sell us something.Our sectional is beautiful and comfortable, and we are super happy with it.

Michael at St. Pete DOMA is always great, courteous and detailed. He always takes extra time to make sure we find what we are looking for and has even come out to the house to measure / examine pieces we were considering to ensure pieces will work in our space.

Our whole experience with DoMA has been incredible, especially with Michael. That guy deserves a raise or promotion!He was very knowledgeable, patient, answered all of our questions and made the whole shopping experience wonderful. No pressure, smooth and easy going I would say. We definitely plan on purchasing more BDI furniture from DoMA towards the end of the year.Even the delivery guys were great. I don't recall their names but they came on time, were courteous and professional. They even showed us how to adjust the doors on the furniture unit. Very impressed all around.5 STARS IN MY BOOK! ?

My Disheartening Experience with Doma Furniture StoreI regretfully recount my unfortunate experience with Doma Furniture Store, where I encountered significant issues with a recliner I purchased for a staggering $2,500. The product I received was marred by observable stitching and stuffing defects, as well as careless assembly. Adding to the disappointment, the recliner had a defective button that caused the motor to run continuously and over heat. Even after receiving a replacement button, it became evident that the issue was likely a design flaw, making it potentially dangerous.Upon notifying both Doma and the manufacturer of these flaws immediately after delivery, I had hoped for understanding and support from their customer service team. Unfortunately, I was met with resistance and a lack of willingness to address the production issues. Instead of acknowledging the problem, Doma sought to shift the blame onto me, claiming the defects were somehow my fault for placing the order. I found this particularly disheartening, especially considering that the showroom floor chair exhibited no such defects, making my case even more compelling.Doma's attempt to excuse the manufacturer's poor workmanship by citing workforce shortages and supply chain issues was disappointing and out dated, to say the least. Their stance essentially conveyed that once the faulty chair was in my home, it became my problem to deal with. In fact, a Doma representative explicitly stated that "these defects are acceptable," leaving me feeling betrayed and disregarded as a customer.Eventually, a courteous repair technician was sent to inspect the chair, replacing the button in the process. However, the technician had reservations about the button's long-term functionality and expressed doubt that repairing the shoddy stitching and stuffing was even possible. According to their assessment, the defects were so extensive that a repair would not be cost-effective, rendering the chair a total loss and destined for recycling.It is disheartening to note that despite the technician's report, I have received no follow-up communication from either Doma or the manufacturer in the past two months. This lack of accountability only exacerbates my frustration with the entire situation.Before making any significant purchases at Doma Furniture Store, I urge you to consider the type of service and support you may encounter. Regrettably, my experience suggests that they may not be the reliable and reputable furniture brokers you'd hope for when investing in quality pieces for your home. Instead, it felt like I was dealing with sellers of subpar, overpriced merchandise who prioritized passing the buck rather than standing up to the shoddy manufacturers.It pains me to admit this, but I made the mistake of trusting Doma, and I hope others can learn from my experience. Spending more money does not necessarily guarantee a superior product, and it is crucial to demand exceptional customer service from companies like Doma. Choose wisely when it comes to your home furniture pieces and opt to work with vendors who truly prioritize their customers' satisfaction.

we worked with Michael at the St Pete location. I couldn’t be happier with our selections. Everyone is so responsive and helpful and worked with us when our closing was delayed and had to keep pushing back delivery. I would highly recommend both the St Pete and Tampa location, everyone is very knowledgeable, and I love how you can customize almost everything!
