Just called this Dollar Tree twice and instead of picking up and requesting that I hold until they were available to speak to me, they picked up and hung up on me.

Stockers hate their job were complaining about working there they will ignore the customer's asking where something is located. When I worked fo a different dollartree headphones, they were not allowed not the case at this location. They need to fire the lazy, ungrateful stockers and hire someone who could use the position.

I will say this store had a very disarray feeling to it?!?! I don't know if they suffered a natural disaster or they are just redoing all the store at once. I did buy the ? pineapple mustard, it sounds intriguing.

Staff seemed underpaid and overworked. I stood in line for quite a long time with no one in sight tonight and then the attendant came in from a break and was tidying up the store and saw me there... but she was busy. I waited for another few minutes until I had to call out and ask what was up and she finally said she was on 4. There were 2 lighted isles on so I didnt wanna go to the wrong one and lose my place in line.

Love the prices but lines so long due to understaffing. I have put in several applications and have never heard from them. I’m an experienced cashier and stock worker so I don’t understand why I’ve never heard from them!

There is always a long line never enough workers.. Always..look to be 15 minutes or more just in line..

I’ve never had a problem with the employees so this is not a them problem, they are always working really hard and are very nice. Management really needs to step up and staff properly and make sure the store stays both clean/organized/stocked. I live one block away but I go to another store most of the time now.

Can save a lot of money. The location on 49th and 38th has fresh bread. Their customer service is terrible!
