At the dollar general on 6 st s on 4/07, the cashier gave me the incorrect change back, the receipt was correct but not the amount he handed to me. He just dumped the money in my hand, when I was a cashier I counted the money back to the patron. The mistake was corrected, but the other cashier, she said to me it was only $1. Lesson learned, I’ll use my card instead of cash at this location if I decide to go back!

Staff is RUDE it's the closest store near me but I think id rather just go to Walmart then deal with these people every time me my mom or husband go in there there's a cashier that always has an attitude giving dirty looks snarky comments it's completely unprofessional

I absolutely love the manager there (Don) as well as the assistant manager (Doug) they are both very hard workers but also make me laugh on a regular basis. I use to live near the DG Don worked at before he was transferred to this store. When he was transferred I was so sad to see him go. Lucky for me I moved a couple months after he was transferred and am now by his store again. Even more luck when I heard Doug was also transferred here. I give Don and Doug a lot of credit that's for sure. There is a lot that needs to be done in that store in terms of stocking the shelves BUT you've only got so many people that work there. Ave unfortunately there are people who will work the register and then when they're not busy just stand around rather than finding something to do. Not everyone is like that but there are a few. And the reason they do it is because they know they can. They know that it's hard to get people to work these days and that they need all the help they can get. Therefore they take advantage of the situation to the FULLEST!!

This place is dirty and unsafe. I felt degraded just walking in there. The workers did not appear to practice any hygiene or self respect. They were rude, nasty, inappropriate, disrespectful, incompetent, lazy, and absolutely, unbelievably wrong in their treatment of myself and the other customers. They intentionally chose not to serve me before a customer that was behind me, and when I mentioned it, the employee proceeded to curse me out and walk away. The store manage, an woman, did not address her about her behavior; but simply told her they would be leaving soon. Then claimed that I was the reason their computers weren't working and walked away. Fire everyone, close this store down. We don't need this abomination of a business in our neighborhood. Absolutely atrocious!!!

As always great selection of items, this time I bought Cantu products for my hair, Cantu cleansing shampoo and conditioner as well as the Grow Strong with pure Shea Butter and Leave In Conditioner repair cream. Everybody loves Nair! I also bought a Glade Plug In with Essential Oils, my house smells fabulous, Just a few items I purchased that made my day a lot happier. Thanks Dollar General. ?
