I’m so in love with my rings!!Huge shout out to Nicole and team ?Nicole was so knowledgeable and made the process fun and easy! I’m beyond blown away. I will refer anyone who needs jewelry (of any kind) their way because I felt like a friend getting insider access throughout the whole experience when I bought my engagement + wedding ring set here!When you’re making a big decision on an expensive item (or pair of items) that should last for decades and decades you really want to feel comfortable, trust in the experts etc and man, my story is: I was nervous and overwhelmed with ring shopping before Diamonds Direct.. I felt super cared for and “in good hands” throughout my ring shopping with them.. and now (almost a year later) I’m still ecstatic and still constantly sighing happily looking down at my sparkling ring finger! lol I get compliments on them all the time and as someone who doesn’t wear a lot of jewelry, I’m so happy to have rings that feel like they match my personality and style!!

Customer service was amazing. Shopping for an engagement ring can be stressful but with there huge selection I was able to custom build the perfect ring and have it engraved. Came back 8 months later for wedding bands and everything went great. I highly recommend there store in St Petersburg Florida. Thank you so much, Greg and Mary Lee Sutton.

Great store to buy diamonds. We’ve been customers of DJ for two years now. He’s always so helpful and offers great advice and suggestions. Fair prices and good selection are what you’ll find here, along with great customer service! I don't want to go anywhere else!

This was not the first time I was in the establishment but it was the first time I was there to purchase something personally. DJ Wagers was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful with finding the perfect gift. Very refreshing to be in a jewelry store that provides a no pressure selling atmosphere.

I love to shop for jewelry on vacation and I feel lucky to have found this shop. DJ and David were both outstanding in their care and genuine customer service. We did two custom pieces together, placing a loose diamond on an ID bracelet I had, and making a bezel set ring with my loose heart diamond stone. Both came out better than expected, stunning. The pricing was fair, and overall the experience was fun and pleasant. I am definitely shopping here again, having said that with a lot of experience at jewelry stores. With the competitive pricing, I feel motivated to buy more items! I worked with DJ (who was knowledgeable and awesome) but also felt the rest of the team was great too. 10 stars!
