Stay away from this dealership! I have had two separate terrible experiences here. First one, I came to look at a certified pre owned Grand Cherokee they had list on their website. Once I got there the price somehow magically went up $4k not including the $2k in dealer fees they tried to sneak in there. On top of that they were over changing for every service/fee, from registration, to "non tax fees". My second terrible experience was when I went to the service/parts department to ask about a new battery and my turn signal bulb. The only information I could get out of this rude gentlemen who clearly hated his job was "you have to bring it in for a technician to look at it". He wouldn't offer any advice any part numbers any information at all. It felt like I was talking to an audio recording as he just kept saying "a technician would have to take a look". It got to the point where I asked him where the nearest Jeep dealer was since he wasn't interested in helping me. I took my jeep to Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and had a way better experience and ended up taking my Jeep there for service even if it was about 35 minutes out of the way for me. This dealership is why car salesman and dealerships have a bad reputation. Go elsewhere! Suncoast is a fantastic option with people who actually want to help and dont seem to hate their jobs.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Tracey in service. She was great at communicating every step of what was going on from the moment that I had my car towed there to me picking up my items when my car was declared totaled by my adjuster. She helped explain things in ways I could understand, was so patient with my millions of questions, and just a pleasant person! She was proactive and just the absolute best! Thanks, Tracey!!

Got my 2021 Jeep Compass a couple weeks ago from here. Crystal Vasquez provided me with great customer service. The rest of the staff were very welcoming as well. Crystal gave me a great deal and was able to communicate with me pretty fast thru text, emails, and calls. I did some shopping and reached out with several dealerships and by far this one beat them all. Thank you!!!

If you are anywhere in the Tampa/St Pete area (and honestly, even if you aren’t close… MAKE THE DRIVE), Dayton Andrews is hands down the best Jeep dealership in this area of Florida. I admittedly shopped around at all the surrounding dealerships with these insane prices right now; and Dayton Andrews, specifically sales consultant Crystal Vasquez, was the most transparent, honest, no bullshit, knowledgeable of the market, and nicest to work with.
All the other dealerships in the area WILL bullshit you.
Crystal was absolutely AMAZING. Incredibly knowledgeable, familiar with her inventory, listened to what I wanted and was proactive with finding me exactly what I was looking for and tirelessly helped me find what worked for my budget. She was very responsive. And just a GOOD human being. I was not easy and had a tight budget for what I really wanted, and she wouldn’t stop until we found it! Her and her sales manager, Chelsea Lane, were truly amazing and I am so grateful for how easy they made this process.
I will only let my friends and family who are looking for a jeep go to Dayton Andrews going forward, no where else!
