Great experience getting my AC worked on at Dan's. The price was right and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were able to fit me in same day and now my 34 year old car is blowing cold air again. Highly recommended.

I went to Dan's to get my a/c inspected in my versa, i was able to make an appointment, and pick my car up after hours! They charged me up and gave me a quote to replace the small leak but also gave me a fair price if the charge. Thank you my car is now blowing ice cold a/c. Defiently will be back for future repairs. -Kyle

Everyone there was super nice however, I went there to get a bulb replaced. Was told I needed my break light bulb replaced as well. Cost me around $50. A few days later noticed the light was out again. Took it back to get fixed. Later that same day my turn signal started clicking very fast, which it had never done before, and the light went out again. I ended up taking it somewhere else.

My splash guard fell, I pulled up, they took care of me immediately. Got the remaining guard off free of charge. Very nice family owned business. Will definitely be back if i need work done.

At this time I'll post 5 stars. Staff is helpful, clear and doesn't add random garbage to charge you for.
Car is still in the middle of repairs so will update this review when it comes back to me and I've drove it a few days.

I absolutely love Dan and his family operated team, been coming here for years and always feel like I’m treated like part of the family. Wishing them continued success, can’t rave about them enough. It’s so nice to have a mechanic that I trust!!

I love this shop! ? This is the only place I will let touch my car! They do QUALITY work for reasonable prices and they always get it right the first time! No more back and forth to other shops for the same problem

I went in for what I thought would be an ordinary ac maintenance appt. Dan’s has some very attractive Groupons to lure people in, worked on me too… it’s a family operation at DA, & everyone was super friendly.
NONETHELESS!! Dan figured out pretty quickly that my car ac’s would need a condenser replacement due to what was most likely a rock/road debris hitting my condenser while driving. I wasn’t happy, but I asked how much it would be.
All of a sudden, Dan went from knowledgeable about everything car-related to bumbling to himself. He finally got the words out that I needed a new condenser— he quoted me $800.
I looked up my car’s condenser on a RETAIL SITE & the nicest one was $100. I watched a YouTube video where a professional wrench swapped out a condenser on my exact car in THIRTEEN MINUTES start to finish.
I couldn’t get over how expensive Dan’s quote sounded —he noticed & he said, verbatim, “cars are like children. Expensive.” (I’m 39 years old. Been driving since I was 16. This is my ninth car. Also, CHILDLESS.) What a tone deaf analogy.
But, I digress.
I called another small body shop on the way home & was quoted $475 for the EXACT SAME JOB.
I’m sorry, but don’t go as a female alone to this shop. Clearly, Dan thinks women are idiots.
$700 in labor is INSANE FOR A $100 part that takes an hour tops to install (and we all know Dan is not buying parts retail… so more like a $50 part).
I can feel my blood pressure rising just writing this. If I had the tools & a lift, I’d just replace the thing myself, it’s THAT easy of a swap out in my car.
I think Dan lures people in with very inexpensive but comprehensive Groupon deals so he can hose them on any additional work.
I left that appt feeling bamboozled & frankly insulted (cars are expensive?! It took restraint on my end not to respond to that).
Btw, Dan, is now the time to mention I dated & lived with a parts manager at a major motorcycle dealership? So I’m not the stereotypical, clueless female? Bc I have a funny feeling things would have gone differently if a dude in the industry had gone with me.
I’m flabbergasted, annoyed, & shocked that it’s 2024 & trying to take advantage of women at body shops is clearly still a thing. Shame on you.
There are way too many auto shops in the area to ever subject myself to this noise again.

Dan went above and beyond the call when my Honda CRV wouldn't start. Kept it until he discovered the problem was the ABS. When he was unable to fix it after trying really hard, even took the car to the dealership for me!
