I had a very disturbing experience with a pharmacy tech named Jennifer. The customer service in general is horrible. I am 100% disabled and she treated me like I was challenged cognitively. Cvs, you need to do better and Jennifer needs to be trained and reprimanded.

Clean store having the items I needed. Utilized both the Pharmacy and Store areas, both were wonderful, with Pharmacist Brian taking the time to explain items in great detail allowing me and I my family to make the best decision. In the store area, clerk Kayla was equally wonderful, taking the time to ensure I could use my coupons accurately and explaining return policy if needed. Impressive was watching her take an older man to the area in the store for the item he needed. Net-Net, both areas and individuals are why I choice CVS as my Go-To-Store.

I went into this place looking for a particular type of stress relief medication and a worker named Kayla did an amazing job helping me locate it! She's definitely manager material if she isn't already a manager. So try to promote her if you can.Workers like her make shopping at your stores a much better experience and you should definitely reward workers like that.??

Truly the worst pharmacy in the business. Nothing is ever ready 30-45 minutes even when you get a text that it is ready, they are all miserable, they do not communicate with each other so you end up paying more than you should depending who checks you out. It seems like management has no control of anything that is happening or not happening. CVS corporate should be embarrassed by this lack of competency. 3x back and still did not get it right… New management needed ASAP.

After waiting in line at the drive through, I pull up to the window and the lady put the closed for lunch sing up. Wouldn't even talk to me. Very rude!

My prescription was sent to cvs by mistake of the hospital and the pharmacist instead of sending the pharmacy of my choice gave me hard time. He was very cocky with me.

Made an appointment to get a Covid shot online a week prior to visit.. Never received a notification that they canceled my appointment so I show up and they're out of Covid shots I get it stuff happens but to not notify the-customer you don't have shots before they get there is absolutely horrible customer service. Also What is with the ridiculous prices at CVs went to buy lotramin was like $16.00 so went next door to target it was $9.00 for identical item !
