AL- I will be reporting you. Who are you to decide when to COLD CUT someone’s medication?Zero stars! After 2.5 years of getting the SAME EXACT PRESCRIPTION the tech AL would not fill it anymore. He said he didn’t feel comfortable, that after 2.5 years he should not be on the same medication. Mind you my husbands doctor sent I’ve the E Script for refill. I have never in my life been treated as poorly as the pharmacy techs at CVS

Worst ever pharmacy. They have new system where you can not speak to store unless you go down there in person otherwise you have to leave a voicemail. Very poor customer services especially when the don't check voicemail. Tran at this store is horrible and lies. People need their prescription some are very dangerous if suddenly stopped bit they don't care. Unfortunately insurance companies dictate what pharmacy you have to use. Yhe vm systems are only going to work if you have good caring employees. Really not good to not have a option to speak to someone if needed. Not everyone is able to get to the pharmacy in person like elderly, disabled and these days not everyone has transportation. BAD MOVE ON UOU BEHALF TO ALL CVS PHARMACIES!!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. They do not answer the phone for patients you have to leave a voice mail no other option. The lie blame insurance company or provider every month the are lazy do not do their job probably. They do not care that there are dangers in people stopping the medication suddenly do to their ignorance. Save you self the trouble and do not use cvs if your insurance requires you to use cvs i strongly advice finding another one....

i wouldn't even give this place one star but in order to leave the review i have to.i go into cvs the day before yesterday my local cvs that i shop frequently and get our meds from. pick up prescription meds but i forgot the paper with the name of the medication of the med from the shelf. so i go back in for that yesterday and when i do i am approached my an employee saying that i may purchase the medication but she would need to walk me to the front pay for it and then walk me out of the store because i stole a drink from them yesterday. i say no ma'am you are wrong. i did not. she says you were here yesterday right ? i say correct but i did not take anything i got my meds and left STRAIGHT IN AND STRAIGHT OUT. she proceeds to call me a liar saying that she has ME on video and it was ME that was chased out of the store the day prior. so i told her again she is wrong and declined spending my money with them after being wrongfully accused of theft and asked to see the video. she says she cannot because the manager is not in. i come back in when the manager is there to speak with him clear my name and let him know how an innocent paying customer was slandered and accused. he is very apologetic but proceeded to defend her actions saying it was partially his fault for the description he gave her of a women with a leg tattoo. he didn't tell me the description was a white women with a leg tattoo but i'm sure that was the description given, and unfortunately enough i am a white women with a leg tattoo who was leaving the store before the actual suspect left the store. regardless of how the misunderstanding occurred. it is completely unacceptable for her to approach me without being 100 percent sure i was the suspect, i can almost bet she didn't even see the video footage, just went off of a description, and the manger is going to continue to employee this woman who profiled me and slandered me. an innocent, paying customer. never will get mine or my families and friends business ever again! hopefully cooperate can make sure some type of disciplinary action for this very unfortunate incident that happen to me!!!

My grandfather rushed from out of town to take care of me following an auto accident. I almost went somewhere else because of the reviews, but decided not to let other peoples negativity impact their chance. Phenomenally helpful. I needed pain meds for the broken bones, no issues at all. My Grandfather needed multiple meds he forgot to bring with him, the pharmacist Au Dieu even helped in calling his doctors and labs to get new scripts. They could not have done a better job, the speed and care was way above expectation. Don't believe everything negative you read.

*This CVS pharmacy is HORRIBLE! LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE BY CORPORATE!!! Why are you allowing this?!?! Clean house in the pharmacy and start over!! The almost 1 star review is all based on the pharmacy. They close around 9:40 NOT 10PM, never do their job, the customer service skills are non existent and they are always late with everything if it even gets done and you don't have to call numerous times and or do their job for you. They say they will call you back never do. The scripts are NEVER done on time or in a timely manner, they ALWAYS blame everyone else (doctors office es ect ..) for their lack of work when proof is clearly provided that it was them not the doctors. This place is just A DISGRACE TO THE CVS NAME IN ALL ASPECTS, PLEASE ? HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR YOUR COMPANY AND LOYAL CUSTOMER'S & FIX THIS1 ⭐ PHARMACY!! How long will this continue and our voices not be heard?!
