Getting anyone from the pharmacy on the phone is like having a better chance at hitting the Powerball. My odds are on the Powerball. And as far as the automated directory goes. They need to sue whomever they’re paying monthly to run it. It’s worthless!!!

Ricky in the pharmacy is extremely rude and should learn how to communicate properly with people. I have a special needs child whom it’s extremely important stays on a medication regimen and when a parent is going through stress trying to understand,they don’t need to be talked down to or cut off.

Horrible pharmacy, rude and doesn't use common sense. Horrible employees, they think everyone that walks in there is stealing. All around rude and disrespectful, not helpful at all. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location and it's the staff in general. Take the time to drive to Palk Blvd.

The pharmacy is awful . 3 issues now so I'm writing a review. I arrived at opening and sent in my DL but Pharmacist was 45mins late and nobody else had access to send it back to me. 2nd time they gave me the wrong type of prescription then what the doctor called in and now a third visit, I'm asking questions to clairfy so there's no more mishaps and the woman is rude !! Nobody wants to need a prescription in the first place, the least they could do is be kind

The prices are never right !! I go in here all the time and they always have things on Clarence, and every single time I grab something in that area it doesn’t seem to be the price it has on the yellow tag . Shaelyn one of the employees there was very rude and made a slick comment about my girlfriend stealing (she’s black) which makes no sense cause why would I go into a store with no money . Terrible place ! I’d rather drive 30 minutes to a different location ,

I come to this location quite a bit and 2 times now they have there stuff priced wrong, and they don’t fix it, then I ask an employee (shaelyn) to Unlock something for me so I can grab the item and she had the nerve to look at me while holding the merchandise and ask me “ are you trust worthy, your not gonna run out on me or anything right” which I though was completely racist and rude because no one ever asks someone that. I come to this location constantly and always pay for my stuff, just plain out disrespectful and rude. Get better employees please. Don’t have something on sale for 17$ if it’s gonna ring up 30$ and not the price it says.

AL- I will be reporting you. Who are you to decide when to COLD CUT someone’s medication?Zero stars! After 2.5 years of getting the SAME EXACT PRESCRIPTION the tech AL would not fill it anymore. He said he didn’t feel comfortable, that after 2.5 years he should not be on the same medication. Mind you my husbands doctor sent I’ve the E Script for refill. I have never in my life been treated as poorly as the pharmacy techs at CVS

Worst ever pharmacy. They have new system where you can not speak to store unless you go down there in person otherwise you have to leave a voicemail. Very poor customer services especially when the don't check voicemail. Tran at this store is horrible and lies. People need their prescription some are very dangerous if suddenly stopped bit they don't care. Unfortunately insurance companies dictate what pharmacy you have to use. Yhe vm systems are only going to work if you have good caring employees. Really not good to not have a option to speak to someone if needed. Not everyone is able to get to the pharmacy in person like elderly, disabled and these days not everyone has transportation. BAD MOVE ON UOU BEHALF TO ALL CVS PHARMACIES!!!
