I just moved from downtown and switched pharmacies and have to say they are the most patient and responsive pharmacies I have ever dealt with.
Kathy is so professional and helpful. Every time I call and leave a message, they call back within an hour. They even helped moving a prescription over to their location with no problem and offered it.

Very shady pharmacy, went to pick up a prescription and had the goodRx app to get a discount. When I told her during checkout about the coupon her response was “we don’t take that right now”…I asked what “right now” meant, and she was very very vague, and repeated “just not right now and not today” but couldn’t tell me when or if they would accept it in the future or WHY they couldn’t accept it. I’ll be notifying goodRx about this as well. Something doesn’t seem right about that.

5801 Central Avenue, has the WORSE manager JAIME HEBRON..... She's extremely RUDE, time after time again.... Unfortunately the lights went out while I was in the middle of my transition at the register, they asked everyone to exit the store. While waiting outside, I asked the cashier what happens to my coupons he just scanned, he went back inside and returned them to me then he said we'll still honor them even if you have to come back at a later date all because I was redeeming them while they were still valid December 16th 2023.... Jaime comes to the door and says once they expired they're no good!!!! Mind you, she's the STORE MANAGER; her customer service skills are horrible and there's more, but hopefully you get the point I hope.....

Every month I have aggravation when it comes time to fill my script for Aprazolam. It is either filled wrong. Either way not the correct Manufacturer or receives it a week late and there is a gap in coverage.This is the most important medicine for me! What does it take to get it right and on time? CVS IS NOT THOROUGH OR CARING.

Don’t shop here and spend your $$ unless you want to be followed around . They need to go sign up for the police academy and become detectives. They offer you help and If u decline will continue to watch and follow u through the store even at self checkout: the manager on duty said this is their policy. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE BLACK.
