I'm disabled so it's always quite a task to get to the pharmacy. Thanks to Charlie and Lisa, my trips are ALWAYS pleasurable. They give that good old fashioned customer service! Polite, helpful and fun. Thank you both for such a great service! ☺️

Mike Cieravino, the managing pharmacist, must be pleased with fellow pharmacist Mascot who went above and beyond normal daily duties to help me. I highly recommend using this CVS, as the employees do a superb job for their customers.

I only used the pharmacy and not the store. The pharmacy is well-staffed and the employees are pleasant and helpful. What a strong contrast to the one on 3rd street. Picking up prescriptions is efficient and easy. There always seems to be someone available at the pickup window as opposed to other CVS pharmacies like 3rd street where they look at each other or avoid eye contact. This manager must be doing something right.

Unpleasant experience with the team member he was rude and non helpful during my check out at the kiosk . He snatch my merchandise of the plastic rack and taking behind the counter with an attitude.Please be aware of the quality of service you will get at the evening shifts .

I arrived at this location at 1:52 and was told that I couldn’t be helped because they were out to lunch until 2 o’clock. I sat and stared at them for the next eight minutes and then they finally open the window and had terrible attitudes like I was inconveniencing them to pick up meds. After all of that, the medication I was told was ready still was not ready and I was told to come back in 20 minutes.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 5 years. I will no longer be going back. It used to be a wonderful pharmacy but in the last 6 months it has gone down hill. The pharmacist Peter is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so poorly by a fellow “healthcare professional”. I went in the pharmacy as my physician sent in for my script to be filled a couple days early. He told me that they did not receive that script. I contacted my physician who sent me a picture of what she sent over and went back to the pharmacy. Despite my physician sending in a script to be filled a couple days early for me he will not fill it. He stated “I saw the script. I’m not filling it early.” He’s very short and does not communicate. He does not know the circumstances or anything about me or my diagnosis’. I’ve never seen him there before but will not go back after being treated that way.

It is definitely one of the best CVS stores I have visited, congratulations to the work team, because they are doing it well, the sales floor assistant during my visit was very kind, polite, respectful and willing to help me at all times, although I use the cash registers for self-payment, the cashier was always willing to assist me and was always very proactive in doing his job. Excellent employee, the store is very clean, tidy and the labeling of products and shelves is excellent, which is difficult at CVS. It is the first time I have entered and I was able to see all the prices correctly.

This pharmacy impressed me with expedience, friendliness and record keeping when it came to vaccinations. So I decided to switch my prescription orders to this location. Sadly the experience was disappointing and frustrating. Used it twice with extreme disappointment and will not use again. First, the meds prescribed after my root canal were not ready when promised, forcing me to drive there twice while in pain, and one of them was not even completed till the following day. Then my ortho called in prescriptions in preparation for a big surgery and they have not even started on them till I called mid day the following day. And when I finally came to pick it up there was a lot of commotion because they forgot to send for approval for one of them. The tech at the counter made up some story about shortages, but I overheard convo in the background that contradicted that claim. What a mess. Last, but not least, a horrible automated phone system that forces you to use it for refills, but does zilch. I called in AM and put in for a refill, then called 4 hours later to check on status, but system said no refill order was received and forced me to use it again. Only several hours later it informed me again that no order was received, at which point I insisted to speak to a live person, who confirmed there was no order and promised to have it ready 2.5 hours later. I am going back to my old pharmacy in the future.

Best to avoid! This place is awful and the worst CVS I have ever been to. Rude staff, nasty pharmacists, long waits, and now the pharmacy takes no calls. Doctor called in routine prescription on Monday - not filled on Thursday. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere - to Publix or Walgreens. I know they're not great, but they have to be an improvement over this awful, awful place.

Horrible experience. 9pm at night there is only one employee working the store. Poor guy was doing cashier and helping customers with questions all by himself. He was doing a good job but he was all by himself. Had to wait 25 minutes for him to help me because he was by himself. Should really have more employees on the floor. Major safety issue having just one employee

This store has been amazing until the newest tech that absolutely would not ask a pharmacist if my medicine could be ordered, told me I'd have it Monday, didn't call me on Monday, and then said we get it, but won't for an undetermined amount of time and so your options are it might come tomorrow or you switch CVS to a new pharmacy and you might find they don't have it. Your mental health is not a good reason for me to look in the system and find a ballpark figure, give you a better explanation or ask a pharmacist who could provide. As she said Friday, she will have it Monday and I will get a text. If the text doesn't come, I can assume I'll be in a mental health crisis by the time they text me.

Best Pharmacist and staff I've ever dealt with in 50 yrs. Will go no where else there go above and beyond to have your orders ready if approved. The make pharmacist at northeast shopping center is the best one inve ever dealt with in my life and have major medical issues and they always are on top of my medicine ty so much truly appreciated
