CVS provides helpful and caring service, with staff described as amazing, funny, and phenomenally helpful. They offer speed and care above expectation for pharmacy needs, including getting new prescriptions. The store is also there to rescue customers with convenient solutions for last-minute gifts or quick fixes for items like eyeglasses. The experience can be way above expectation, demonstrating that negative reviews should not always be believed.
Getting anyone from the pharmacy on the phone is like having a better chance at hitting the Powerball. My odds are on the Powerball. And as far as the automated directory goes. They need to sue whomever they’re paying monthly to run it. It’s worthless!!!

Ricky in the pharmacy is extremely rude and should learn how to communicate properly with people. I have a special needs child whom it’s extremely important stays on a medication regimen and when a parent is going through stress trying to understand,they don’t need to be talked down to or cut off.

Horrible pharmacy, rude and doesn't use common sense. Horrible employees, they think everyone that walks in there is stealing. All around rude and disrespectful, not helpful at all. I've had multiple bad experiences at this location and it's the staff in general. Take the time to drive to Palk Blvd.
