Worked with Sales Rep via text to discuss availability and price. We continued the negotiation via text with the sales rep providing a copy of the proposed deal signed by the manager. We came in and there was no haggling... they honored the deal and we closed quickly and painlessly. Special dealer... Special Sales / Finance Team! Thank you all for a painless car buying experience!

Jake Lopez was our salesman and from the very beginning, we knew we had his entire attention. Totally unexpected but quite comforting. Even when we stated that there would be more investigating to allow us to make a decision and we would not be buying that day, WE STILL HAD HIS ENTIRE ATTENTION. Quite reassuring!
My suggestion to you is that you go out and purchase a sweater for him so he never catches a cold and would have to miss work. He truly is an asset to your company. We are also extremely comfortable with Casey( sales mgr ) and Vinny and Katie. Seems that your company is way ahead of the curve. We WILL be back!

John You was probably the best example of how car salesmen SHOULD carry themselves when working with clients during the purchasing process.
We walked in there with a budget in mind and he made the process so easy and fast that I don’t think I’ll ever leave the Hyundai family based on the buying process alone. The best part is this is the first time I’m 100% in love with the car I’m driving off the lot and I’m not breaking my bank nor do I have ANY buyers regret.

Justin Hoffman and Ashish Thomas made the process of finding a perfect car for my family and I, an easy and quick process. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a car, and felt extremely comfortable and not forced through the sale, unlike I have in the past with other car dealerships.

Went on the website to look into leasing an Ioniq 5 this afternoon, filled out a few things and saw that Crown Hyundai had the best deal. It turns out they also have the best employees and service. I was contacted by Kenny Sweet, who became my salesman. He has everything ready to go when I arrived. I was in and out of the dealership with a new vehicle in an hour with no games or BS from Kenny or Van in finance.

Crown Hyundai is the best Hyundai dealership that I’ve been to. Sebastian was a great sales rep - honest and personable. Casey, the sales manager, and Mark, the finance guy, we’re also a great help in helping me work out the best deal at the end of my lease. I’m just so thankful for how everything worked out!

Called to schedule service for my car that is under warranty. AC has stopped working and was told first available appointment was October, we are in August.... When I pointed out this was almost two months out was advised I could try another dealer...
Update: the day after posting this review Ryan the service manager left a message asking me to reach out and saying the person had been incorrect. I have called back over seven times over the four days since then and left at least four messages. No one has called me back.
Crown is very happy to make a sale, but apparently does not care about you once the sale has been made.

We have driven Hyundais since 2002. I was looking into a Toyota for quite a while, until, on a whim, I drove a 2025 Pallisade. It is a phenomenal car- especially for the price. Both Mikuh and Jake were incredible to work with. I appreciate all the time they took with me. I can’t recommend Crown Hyundai more. Happy to still be in the family! Jake, Mikuh, Casey and Vinnie went above and beyond. We are very grateful to all of them!
