Very good customer service to disguise the lies they feed you about the car. Showed me a FAKE DOCUMENT stating the damages the car received from the accident it was in. I didn't find out they were lying to me till I checked the carfax. They told me the car was rear ended and the carfax showed me the car was sandwiched causing front and rear damage and damage under the car on top of that. The alternator is on it's last leg and the oil chamber had a leak in it. All cars are rebuilt titles and while they are not required to tell you why it was total loss they also don't have to LIE about it to gain your trust. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I feel sorry for anyone who gets a car from them. It's been a year since I got my car and it's already had countless issues, all of which have been very expensive fixes.

Stay far away from this "company" and their shady business practices. They lie to your face about selling damaged or no titles cars. They do not report you payments to the credit bureau until you are a day late on a payment. They overcharge for the lemons and then argue with anyone on the BBB when they know they are shady..run far far away!

Great people, great service, but this review is all about Bradley. This man is fast, efficient, and a joy to do business with. Got us in and out in no time. Had to go back the next day to ask how to get a turn signal light out because I wanted to buy one. He in no time not only took care of me but put a new bulb ? n for me. Then made a minor adjustment on the hood latch. In and out. Great personality. Two thumbs up for Bradley. Way up. Give him a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Lost very good business. I wanted to put 5k down on a car today and Bradley told me he wouldn’t finance me from a previous account that’s already been paid off. And title was giving to me so who to say I’m not good business? Thanks. I will be taking my money else where. Very rude especially bull dagger dyking owner ms creel. I’ve had tons of problems with the people never issues with the vehicles ! Also, mind the business that pays you. What goes on around the block is not factual and you should really stay out people in the neighborhood business. You know where I’m at ?

Got the car 03/03 Sold me a lemon ,wasn’t even 24 hours before the check engine light came on Tammy the front desk very rude when I got the vehicle after I told them the code that keeps popping up that the catalyst converter needs replacing they do not care its all about money with them people you rep what you sow nasty people wouldn’t recommend anyone buying a car from them at all!!! Worst place ever and the worst decision I’ve ever made.

Today I just purchased the car through Bradley and the check engine light already on haven’t been a full 24 hours I’ve had the car… car sounds really really loud he told me that they have no warranty car sold as is I feel like I’ve been ripped off all there concerns is to make a sale/money not about how the car will ride or last they are straight money hungry I put down $2500 with a high interest rate also i already see ima have issues with the car

SCAM ARTISTS!!!! DONT SHOP HERE Wish I could give ZERO STARS. John Creel has raised his children to be even bigger scam artists. They rob you of your money. They claim to do a point inspection which is a joke. They use shitty parts just enough to get the vehicle by and don't make good on it. Spent over $3000 at the mechanic cause they COVERED up the car. It's a shame such a company still exists and people fall for the shit they "SELL" DO NOT GO HERE

So Creel Motors puts on an amazing front but after you walk off that lot, all sense of responsibility on their part goes out the window. You're just a walking dollar sign to them. I bought a rebuilt title, as is from them. A 2007 Nissan Titan. Appeared to be in great shape and we went on a test drive. Our salesman assured me that the truck was put through 125 point inspection. With that knowledge, I made the purchase in cash. Within 3 days of buying it, the brake calipers went out and the brakes were smoking. I called and they agreed to fix them. At the 3 week mark of driving the truck, my truck fully broke down. I was able to coast into a Nissan dealership. They didn't have to fully get into the engine or take much of anything apart to tell me I essentially needed a new motor. The truck was $13,000 that I used for work. We are a family owned and operated business and I was trying to support a local family business. I called and was very cordial, just like everyone said, it became a "sorry we didn't see anything was wrong during the 125 point inspection, it's your issue now." This was for the St. Pete location. I can guarantee this wasn't how this company was originally built. The People that run this company now are looking out for their pockets only. Do NOT go here for a purchase. You may get lucky and get a good vehicle but I've read a ton of reviews of people getting sold cars that broke down fully within a month.
