I came in to buy three slushies for my kids..and got charged over $6..I went in with my receipt and asked the guy why I was charged 2xs for my items and his answer was "I used the wrong cups"..it was a older gentleman and he was not gonna reverse the transaction..btw I used the cups right next to the slushie Machine and there's signs everywhere saying all size drinks are 79 cents

Employees are always in the back when you walk in. But for the life of me I can't figure out what they are doing. Because there is never any food in this place. Never anything on the roller. Cold sandwiches Never stocked, soda machine is always out of syrup. One of the worst stores I've ever set foot in. Such a shame it's right down the road from me.

Wow. Just went there to gas up and buy a sandwich. This is what was on the door. "sorry not sorry" is great customer service. When I tried to come in I was met by a VERY aggressive guy who didn't seem to work there who was running everyone off. I live in this neighborhood. This place has gotten worse and worse in recent years. My experience tonight does not help.

The owners have neglected upgrading this store for 20 years. The 34th st north store seems to be their baby. Neglecting the 9th Ave N location. On top of this incompetence they have hired a new manager that obviously has a mental illness. She is rude, injects herself into customers conversations with cashiers, making it known it’s her store, as if she owns the place. She talks 90 miles a minute and knows zero about management and promoting an environment for good customer service. The employees seem to gringe when she rudely ejects herself into conversations and questions. Capri magenta cigarettes are extremely overpriced at circle k. I mentioned to the cashier they are $10.88 at Walgreens and she injects herself a second time telling me this is not Walgreens, I asked her to stop injecting herself into my conversations with the cashier and she started an argument with me the customer telling me that it’s her store. I had to remind her she is not the owner. I’ve gone here since 2004, Danny has always been the best of managers, this one must be removed. I will not go back here again until she is removed and you lower the price of capri magenta cigarettes.

Two reasons for the one star:1) It's dirty. I wouldn't eat a donut or pastry from the case up front. It's not clean so chances are good there are bugs in the area.2) There are always boxes of stock on the floor but the shelves in the coolers are never full. Makes the place look like it's on the way to going out of business.Thornton's isn't far from here and has its act together much more so than Circle K.

I have lived in this area for 37 years and watched this store slowly fall apart then almost get it together and now back to totally falling apart the managment here is the issue period . THEY HIRE ANYONE . 95% of the people they hire HATE THEIR JOB and they constantly make that clear . There is roaches in this place the size of cats beware if eating open food from this place. The NIGHT STAFF constantly put Closed signs on the windows while they sit around doing nothing .Will is the only staff member that is helpful in the entire store Danny has the worst attitude of any human and the night crew workers are abysmal . I went there today for a bag of chips and the guy said I usually am closed now , basically being like get outta here im too lazy to work . dude working night shift 11/09/22 need to be removed from this location he simply doesn't work

Let's just say I used to go to 7-Eleven all the time and I got fed up with them being so rude and being dirty and last time there was a roach in the donut case. so I go out of my way now to hit a u-turn and go to this circle k and the lady at the register in the morning is SO SWEET ,it's ALWAYS clean and you can get cash back WITHOUT an attitude and at the end of it you get a SMILE ???? and you have had a WONDERFUL conversation it's actually REAL customer service I can honestly say I will go out of my way everyday I need to stop at a gas station in the morning on my way to work and go to this circle k just to have that customer service that EVERYONE SHOULD be getting.

Wonderful customer, service wonderful cashiers in the morning or at least the lady I have met in the last 2 days has been so sweet and amazing I haven't gotten her name yet and that's my fault but when I do I will post it.they were clean and very helpful when they didn't have something I saw and I asked about it she did everything she could to find and help me out and that little bit of customer service goes a very long way with me just because nowadays it's hard to find any good customer service and when you find a good one you got to let everyone know so with that being said everyone please stop at the circle k and just enjoy getting good service at a clean place

It seems like every other time you go there they are closed. I can see it being closed at 1am but it was 9:50pm. There were two workers there so its not that they were understaffed. Over the weekend the kid is saying they are closed while sitting around smoking cigaretts. So apparently if the little hyundai is parked crossways in the parking lot its closed. Change your hours if you are not gonna be open 24 hrs but at least stay open untill 11. Why is it closed every other night? There is no logic. I dont m8nd spending my money elsewhere.
