Pandemic killed chase. Chase already has arguably the worst customer service on their phone line. Now that they've closed most of the branches it's almost like not having a bank. I have a bank app. Even the branches that haven't closed are either offering no services, all or most of the ATM are broken, and the people that work there should be in the fast food industry. In three months I've had two of my checks deposited at chase banks go into someone else's account. Last time I had to wait two weeks for them to retrieve my money from someone else's bank account. How does that even happen? They act like ive done something wrong by depositing a check. Wouldn't be the least bit surprised if chase sold to someone else or just closed down. That's how they operate like their going out of business. Total cracksmoker logic being used in Chase banks these days.

Absolutely worthless location. Anytime you go here for a notary the specific person is always “busy” or about to hop on a call, but they will be glad to call their sister location 10 minutes away for you. The notary here is just lazy.

This is not actually a full service bank. There are no tellers so you can't fully access your account here.

What bank doesn't cash a check? That would be Chase on 4th st and 38th. Yup, If you don't have an account, they refuse to cash one of their own checks. WHAAAATTT talk about outstanding customer service......

Never go to this empty building . It’s not a bank, here are a few people that hang out and get paid for having a pulse. Absolutely no value to customers , they should close this empty building down .

This is NOT a bank it is just 4 ATM machines that don't work in a building. Went to deposit cash and the machine ate my money, froze, then told me I didn't deposit anything so I had to find a human somewhere in the back which took 5 minutes only to find out now they have to file a claim and can't give me my money into my account until a tech comes out to "fix" the machine - WHAT A JOKE - stay away!!! Oh and it took me over 20 minutes to do this since the manager had to call a Chase call center - what is going on with this bank

I’m going to pull my business accounts away from Chase. Drive to this location just to find out they no longer offer teller services and I cannot get change for my businesses. Also learned while I was there that many of their locations are starting to do this. No point in doing business there if I can’t get business services. Bye Chase.

What kind of bank is this that you can’t deposit money into your account? They only use ATMs, but when those don’t work, you’re out of luck. Shameful establishment.
