This location has reduced their staffing and the lobby is no longer open on the weekends, but I've been banking here for years and have always had fast, courteous and professional service from the employees here. Chase, in general, has been the best big bank for me, and I'm rather picky. They always enter credits before deductions from my accounts which I know other banks don't do. They have worked quickly to resolve the few issues I've had and have always been patient with me when I've been irate. They offer many services and go above and beyond for their customers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this branch. Not really a bank. No tellers. Only 1 ATM. Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional women here. I've been a customer w Chase for decades and because of this ONE disastrous experience I called the complaint line and pulled ALL of my money out the next day. AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS'. Needs to be closed.

The dumbest most inept bank branch I’ve been to in my entire life. They are illiterate and have no idea what they’re doing. To make matters worse, they have zero customer service skills.

Can't take out money, and drive through atm is only thing that works. It used to be a normal bank, but chase is to greedy and shut it down to a skeleton crew who are only there to tell you no one can help you

I just had an unpleasant experience at this bank with Sharon Gilliam. I’m a business owner and in customer service so I understand the way you are supposed to treat someone who is looking to getting your services. From the beginning I did not feel welcomed. I was looking to open up a business account. Had she explained to me politely what I needed I would’ve been back, but because of her terrible attitude my husband and I will be opening our business accounts at PNC. Rude employees, don’t waste your time at this bank.

Drive through is shut down, inside ATM does not work. No tellers or anyone to cash a check - not sure what the point of this building is!
