Really bad service from a lady with red hair. Sundays afternoon . Bad attitude the thing was $39.99 but she wanted to charge $60 almost the doble freaking crazy.

I came into your store (Tyrone Mall) to exchange the size on a pair of shoes I had gotten for Christmas from my son. Upon entering the store there were two employees to my right putting clothes on a mannequin and having a conversation, in which one of the young men made eye contact with, but still not greeting me. I guess because he saw I had a box in my hand it was a return and no sale would be made with me. I went to the register and stated to Karon(KK) well I guess mannequins get better customer service than the live customer (LOL). She immediately apologized. As, I waited for KK to finish with a customer I looked around and found a pair of shoes that I wanted to purchase, it was not until that moment that the other sales associate acknowledges me and offers his assistance. What was the difference? I wanted to give you 4 stars and that would only be based on the exceptional service I received from KK. Customer service can make or break a business.

Champs Sports at Tyrone Square in St. Petersburg is a well managed Champs location that has everything that you need for athletic shoes and gear. The staff here is very helpful and willing to make sure that you get everything that you need. Good experience shopping here.

I would like to give a special thanks to Miko for handling what could have turned into a frustrating situation today . I placed an online order and was guaranteed tmr pickup at Tyrone Square Mall . Shortly after I received a call from Miko informing me they did not have this particular shoe & he assured me he would take care of it ! He not only handled it in a professional but also timely manner!!!! He kept me updated through out the few hours it took him to have it completely handled and in route to my home & for that I’m very appreciative of all he did to rectify this matter this wasn’t of his fault! Thanks again Miko it was a pleasure dealing with you during this matter !!!!
