We’ve been going to Central Animal Hospital since we moved to FL over 5 years ago. They’re all great and Dr Cosentino has been fantastic. The staff is always very helpful and truly cares about your pet!

Pushy and was to worried about getting money out of us instead of helping our sick dog. We clearly let them know we didn’t want bloodwork done or X-rays and they treated us like we weren’t worth their time. We get to the end of the visit and the doctor comes in the room without a receipt and said we owed $302. We questioned why so much and if we could get an itemized receipt to show the charges and she said “like you need to see the names of the medication we’re going to give her really?”. I told her yes and also I wanted to see why it was so much. She said “okay I’ll need payment then I’ll bring you one back”. Come to find out they changed us for blood work when we specifically told the doctor and the nurse we did not work blood work done because she just had it done there 9 months ago. When we told them this they all acted like they forgot and said “I guess we can refund it”. It’s been 5 days and still no refund. Will not be going back!

Dr. Cosentino and the entire staff treat my dog like she's their own. Whether it's a routine visit or something more serious requiring surgery, I always feel like she's in great hands and is getting the absolute best treatment. Highly recommend!

The office staff is wonderful, the same faces every time you come in which is awesome. They respond to questions quickly and get you in for appointments same day. Love the vets the take the time answer questions and allay fears.

The entire staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I take my 13 year old dog in weekly for rehabilitation and he seems to actually look forward to it. I’m happy with the progress he’s made ? highly recommend!
