“This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous, but, boy was it the right choice!! Adam at St. Petersburg Car Rentals could not have been more helpful or communicative. Answered all my questions, provided all the info we'd need for a safe trip (even gave me his mechanic's info "just in case" ... we didn't need it, of course), and the car was right there waiting for us when we arrived. It took us 45 seconds to get in and get going compared to the 45 minutes our friends spent in line at the rental car space. The only problem is that I can't give Adam and his team MORE than five stars. Don't hesitate ... Book with St. Petersburg Car Rentals. Thanks, Adam!!”

“Let me first say that today I went in to rent a car and this place I found on google! The owner was so polite and made me feel comfortable through this first time process. I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions. I rented for 1 week and the price was just like the other reviews! I will come back !!”
“Definitely reserve in advance. FYI there is no agent at the counter. Keys are at the airport desk. Not a huge selection onsite either. My car was delivered 10mins late but transaction went smooth. Delivered back to Tampa international.”

“A convenient airport to fly in and out of. We have experienced some delays here. It's a smaller airport but only four miles from our summer home. This makes it very convenient. They have a couple of car rental places in the terminal and they are always offering upgrades, which is nice. It's a direct flight from where we live in Rockford Illinois. I like that. There isn't a huge line for security check. They do have a restaurant upstairs but I've rarely seen it open for business. The gift shop is rarely open when I've been there. There was a storm going on last time we were there to pick up a friend and they circled the airport for over an hour waiting to land due to lightning. It was a little frustrating for my friend as well as us however, safety comes first!”
“After my car was totaled, I was referred to Enterprise as they have a contract with my insurance carrier. I have used this same location in the past, and the process is always quick and easy. My rental vehicle is meticulously clean, very stylish, and clearly well maintained. Each staff member at this location has gone above and beyond, from the car itself to the outstanding service, which has made a good experience out of a stressful time. Lisa has shown transparency on pricing and vehicle return, while also being very flexible and personable. She even informed me of other services Enterprise offers that I didn’t know existed until now. “I love the folks at this AVIS location. I rent cars from them pretty frequently and I'm kind of a pain because I'm very sensitive to fragrances and chemicals. They always work with me to try to get the best car for me. Plus, they're all so friendly with great senses of humor. I also like that it's a small neighborhood location. I definitely get more personal service here.”
