“Our reserved RV was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We received an informative walkthrough of all the systems. We chose to rent here instead of a nearby option because the reviews were significantly better. We were not disappointed. We drove over 4,000 miles without any issues. The return process was also quick and easy.”
“This was my first time using Turo. I was a little nervous, but, boy was it the right choice!! Adam at St. Petersburg Car Rentals could not have been more helpful or communicative. Answered all my questions, provided all the info we'd need for a safe trip (even gave me his mechanic's info "just in case" ... we didn't need it, of course), and the car was right there waiting for us when we arrived. It took us 45 seconds to get in and get going compared to the 45 minutes our friends spent in line at the rental car space. “After my car was totaled, I was referred to Enterprise as they have a contract with my insurance carrier. I have used this same location in the past, and the process is always quick and easy. My rental vehicle is meticulously clean, very stylish, and clearly well maintained. Each staff member at this location has gone above and beyond, from the car itself to the outstanding service, which has made a good experience out of a stressful time. Lisa has shown transparency on pricing and vehicle return, while also being very flexible and personable. “Let me first say that today I went in to rent a car and this place I found on google! The owner was so polite and made me feel comfortable through this first time process. I got a Honda and it was in great condition! He offered me water and there was a sit down area for us to talk and I asked a few questions. “Unbelievable service and experience from the beginning through the end. My car was hit so I got a rental car through my insurance company. I didn’t have rental coverage so I self paid but got a big discount for working with the dealership and insurance company and enterprise. Everyone was phenomenal from picking me up at the dealership through dropping me off at home when my car was finished. I’m normally pretty wary of rental car places but I never felt weird or like I was being taken advantage of at all. I would 100% recommend this place and will be back should I need a rental car again.”

“Convenient location. My husband made a reservation for a car and went to pick it up. He only had his debit card and they would only accept a major credit card, which he had left at home. So he asked them to cancel the reservation and he would have me come down with my credit card to make a new reservation. This was just minutes after the time of his reservation and because they canceled it just two minutes after the time he was supposed to have picked up they charged him for a full day with no refund. But the price for the week was pretty good, except for that fee. I will probably look into another rental car company next year as I do not trust them any longer.”

“This Hertz location is extremely pleasant to work with. I was picked up by Logan right on time and driven to the rental location. I then worked with Erik, and he got me on the road in a timely manner. Both employees were very pleasant. The vehicle we rented suited our needs perfectly. “I recently rented a car from Avis Car Rental at 4644 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL, and I couldn't be more grateful for my experience there. The customer service was exceptional, thanks to Liz and Katrina. They were incredibly friendly, quick, and efficient.
The location is really convenient right next to the Gandy Bridge. It's under new management, so if you ever had a problem before at that location, you definitely are not going to have it now.
Everyone at this Avis location was very welcoming. I had a small issue with my reservation, and while I joked that they were trying to keep me hostage to handle it, Liz and Katrina managed the situation great. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
If you're in Tampa and need a rental car, I highly recommend stopping by this Avis, rent there.”
