I have a 1970 Chrysler Newport that had a brake booster issue. They sourced multiple parts and tried multiple things (put a lot of time and effort into fixing the issue). They were not able to source the correct part but did not charge me a dime for everything they did. I will definitely be going back with any other repairs in the future.

These guys are awesome I went there because I know the guys who painted their mural and they told me that they were reliable and trustworthy I'm from Brooklyn so I don't know nothing about cars and I feel like I'm a moving target when it comes to mechanics but not these guys they were professional They explained everything to me considering all they did for me they were actually really really well priced But I can't say enough how good their customer service was I've never walked out of a mechanic shop not feeling tense but these guys I was like all right cool I totally trust them Zach is who helped me out and he was just I can't say enough

I'm very pleased with Zach and the crew at Brewer's Garage, both for regular maintenance and mechanical issues. I've found the service friendly and prompt, but all-business and no-bull.
For a minor example, during an oil change, my car could've used a couple different oils, with a noticeable price difference. Before proceeding, they consulted me on the options. I appreciate that level of care, and I assume others will as well.

I didn’t want to make this review, but I had to because it hurt my feelings so bad. My mother, my sisters and me have taken ALL of our cars to Brewers, I mean every last vehicle we have ever owned, I have been taking my cars to them since I was 17 and I’m 37 now, that’s 20 years, they literally watched me grow up and have 2 children that are 19 and 9 now. First it was the owner Brewer then he passed the shop on to Joe and his wife Feather. They are GREAT, I won’t take that from them, excellent service and customer service. A few months ago we took my 19 year old sons red Honda Civic there as it started having problems. Joe said to drop it off and he would look at it. Before he was done we had to emergent fly to Detroit for a death in my family. They called me a few days later to come get it but we weren’t back in town yet. I missed their call probably 2 times as me and my family were dealing with a lot. Joe called the 3rd time and I told him that we had to fly away for a death in the family, he screamed at me to the top of his lungs to come get the vehicle by 5 or he would have it towed. Had no understanding what so ever about us losing a loved one and having to briefly fly away. So I had to find a tow shop and beg them to tow the vehicle home while we were away. Thankfully they felt bad for us and did it. I LOVEDDDD going to this shop as well as the rest of my family. However, that hurt me to my core as well as my mother Towanna. So after thinking on it, the decision hurt our feelings but how he treated me that day hurt even more so all 4 of us and our children agreed to find a new shop to go to for our vehicle maintenance and haven’t been back since. I’m sorry Joe and Feather but I had to tell y’all how I felt as Joe didn’t care the day this happened. But I wish y’all continued success.

I used Brewer's Garage for a pre-purchase inspection of a subaru outback, turns out the mechanic assigned to the inspection is a subaru aficionado and owns several models. They did a thorough inspection, found some things I couldn't see in the dealer's lot, provided insight into subaru designs and common trouble areas to look out for all at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I have an older vehicle.. I was disappointed that they didn't complete the whole job. They gave it back to me as promised but I have to take it to another garage for them to complete the work .. even though I offered to return the vehicle so they could finish it .. they said it would be better if I did it myself as they wouldn't have time and it may be cheaper for me to get it done. ? I don't feel that was the correct way to handle the situation. They should have told me up front they didn't have the tools to finish the correct repair. I'm now inconvenienced by having to go to another garage and it doesn't fall within their original quote, costing me more money. I even asked if they noticed anything else that the vehicle might need. but I felt they didn't want to work on my vehicle any longer. I will not recommend.

Honest, straightforward people here. They are not out to screw you over. Brought my 2015 sonic in because i was afraid the head gasket was going and they could've said yeah, it needs replaced TODAY, but they told me a few things to keep an eye on and you can drive it till you can afford to fix it basically. THANK YOU, brewer's garage.
