I had to officially change new phone carriers today which cost me $500 thanks to boost.I have been telling you for 2 days that someone hacked my number or that you gave away my phone number because every time somebody had called my original number another person answered it and has openly admitted to stealing my number. On top of it at this particular location when I tried to explain a problem to this associate he wound up calling me annoying and this whole time it wasn't my SIM card that was a problem it was a fact that I was hacked and if he had listened maybe we came to the conclusion sooner I wouldn't use boost Mobile because apparently I'm not the only one who has trouble with this issue stop giving away other people's numbers or figure out a way to stop letting people steal other people's numbers and make their life miserable and on top of that cost me my job.

My phone has been reporting a "SIM Card Failure" so I came in to get a new one. My phone was working fine, but has a cracked back.He insisted the problem was my phone, because of the cracked back. My phone was 'broke' even though everything on it worked except the SIM. I asked him MULTIPLE TIMES to just replace my SIM card, each time he said it can only be done if I get a new phone first. I told him if he would not replace my SIM, then I'll just get a new carrier.He pulled the SIM out and put it in a new phone. It didn't work. I couldn't believe what he said next, "Maybe your SIM and your phone needs to be replaced."So I asked if we could start with getting a new SIM first. He refused. He said he couldn't unless I got a new phone. Oh, how convenient to ask that in a store where you profit from selling PHONES.In the process to get a new carrier, Boost support has been a NIGHTMARE as well. They are not giving my port number over, not answering my direct questions for a port transfer number, and I had to get a Spectrum representative on the line just to ask the right questions before the told me I had to request it all in store. I am now having to go back to the store to request it, and still won't get it because the delay is "3-4 hours"! It was 1.5 hours of phone calls and texts to get just to this point.Meanwhile my phone has no SIM, no means to call. I have important work calls being missed.My name is Kristian Snow, if anyone thinks I have a lawsuit on my hands then lets go. Meanwhile, I'm going back to that store...

Go here. Drive past a dozen cell stores to drive here. Never have I ever had a good time in a ceel store. Joe is the funniest and most pleasant person I have ever worked with getting a new cell phone and provider.

Went in on a Wednesday around 12:30. Knew what we wanted and that they had what we wanted. Arrived and was in and out without any issues and in a quick and orderly procedure. Thank you to the employee that was on top of things that helped us to get in and out. Will be back for any future needs.

I went in to get my wife a new phone. The gentleman inside was extremely knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Also!! This was the cleanest, nicest boost I’ve ever been in. The whole process didn’t take long at all. I will absolutely always be taking my business there in the future. Thank you so much for the great service!!

Went to this location to upgrade my phone after receiving numerous texts and emails for months from Boost. The texts and emails explicitly stated that my upgrade would be to a Samsung A03s.When I arrived, I told the clerk (didn't catch a name but he was middle aged guy with glasses) about the upgrade messages I've been getting asked for my number and pin. He places a phone on the counter then proceeds to transfer my information. After it was complete, he pulls out a Motorola G box. I had told him that my messages from Boost said that it was supposed to be an A03s.He then proceeded to tell me that I "agreed" to the Motorola because I didn't say anything when he put it on the counter (mind you, I had my toddler with me and was battling to keep her in one spot), that it's my fault for not paying attention, I don't listen and that he's not out to cheat people. He refused to change it to the A03s and said not to bother going to any other Boost because they won't undo what he did. And that if I wanted the A03s, which I was supposed to receive for free in the first place, that I'd have to pay for it (which I'm sure was the play all along and seems an awful lot like a cheat to me).
