Went in for a repair and Andrea was friendly and helpful; she steamed cleaned the additional pieces I had on and now they look brand new! They have good prices! Thanks, Boggs!

I had taken two bracelets in for repair. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks. Today I went in to pick them up and was told that they were not ready, in fact they hadn't even started working on them. The man who I spoke to said they were behind, people had been sick etc and items would be completed in 3 weeks. Today was the 29th day they had my bracelets. The man asked if I wanted them back? I took the back. Just very disappointed as I have been to this shop many times over the years. We recently moved 2 hours away but I still made the trek to this store. I told the person that I lived 2 hours away and he said items are taking 3 weeks. I would have been more understanding if the person wasn't so rude. Not once did he say, sorry there has been a delay etc. Guess I will find a new jeweler closer to home as I no longer will return to Boggs.

Just picked up my Citizen watch from here to have the crown fixed. Came here on a recommendation from Batteries Plus. They were able to take care of it within a day unlike Old Northeast Jewelers (refer to my review for information), very friendly. Definitely going back and will recommend.

Called to repair my cuckoo clock. The gentleman on the phone explained to me how to fix my problem over the phone and at no charge. Who does that anymore? Boggs is first class in my opinion!

Everyone there is very polite except one woman who helped me today. Boggs resized my ring to a snug 6 in November. I’ve been wearing it for 3 months now and it’s definitely on the tighter side. If I bloat even a little the ring becomes painful. About 1/3 out of every month I was unable to wear it. My thought was that if I made the ring slightly bigger to a 6.25 then I might be more comfortable most of the time. The woman working then teased me, asking if I was going to resize the ring once a month whenever I get my period. She was extremely disrespectful and I will sadly not be returning to Boggs again.

I've brought two Seiko watches here. Boggs is so quick to assist and remedy any issue I have. Battery replacement is cheap, $15... And the second time the watchband clasp was misaligned and wouldn't secure itself closed. They took 30 seconds to adjust it and handed it back to me. No charge. Great people work here and that's why I will continue to give them my future business. Thanks Boggs

I went in to find a part for my wife’s grandfather clock that her late grandfather built. Mark has to be one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. He had the part and showed me how to get the clock working. Old fashioned friendly customer service that I think a lot of us miss these days.

Mark came out to my house and repaired my mother's 100+year old grandmother clock. My father had paid another repair person over $800 and it never worked. Mark was there less than hour and it has been working prefect ever since. Extremely professional & quality service.
