Google maps said that Big Lots carries luggage but they don't. Big Lots that I visited before had international food items, which this one didn't offer. This store has plenty of furniture but overall I left disappointed

I don't remember when I gave this a five-star rating but it must have been a while ago. They do their reward program at the register while customers are waiting. There was one customer being waited on and I had to wait 20 minutes
