this store is turned into the worst place to go to find anything 10,000 products not even 10 employees in the store to help you. even if you go find somebody and request help you could be waiting a half an hour to buy a $3000 refrigerator or an apple laptop. I suggest you go elsewhere and spend your money where it's much more deserved. These people even charge you extra for a bag.

You’re better off just stealing from there than trying to buy cause the service sucks along with product knowledge or stock inventory. Can’t wait till it finally closes!

I am sorry to say that I was a Best Buy in Saint Petersburg today around 1:00 in the afternoon and the only person that even spoke to me was the young man at the door I was looking to purchase 2 TVs today a 75 inch and and 43 inch Samsung , not one person came up to me several associates walked by and nothing not a word I walked the entire store and not one person asked me if I needed help, even as I walked out the front with my empty cart that I was pushing with my cane in it not even hey did you find what your looking for???? Nothing at all I guess your employee trying on assisting your customers has diminished as most people that go in there are not familiar with the different TVs and what they do what models are better then other models I guess Best Buy does not appreciate the customer that can go to many other stores in the area to purchase there TVs and Electronics really a shame let’s hope this changes as customers like to be helped and will drive any distance to get that helpful service.

Super quick same-day pickup service. Every time I've visited I'm in and out within 5 minutes or less. Online orders are also fulfilled and marked complete quickly which I appreciate ?

Picked up a computer for Mom. It was quick and easy when you order online but if you use a credit card or debit, your bank may flag it as fraud.

Went in to look for an item the website said was in stock, couldn’t find it anywhere and all of the employees seemed disinterested in helping so I left. On my way out some older employee yelled from 25 feet away “find everything you’re looking for!?” And before I could even get a breath to say anything he said “Guess not!” Pretty bad customer service there. Do better.

I ordered a very expensive coffee machine and they delivered it to a wrong address. They said I have to file a police report to get a new machine or a refund. No coffee machine nor money back since then (happened a year ago)

My experience over several visits have been absolutely horrible! Went into the magnolia area to buy some high-end audio cables, of course there's no one around. After several minutes someone does approach me, I asked them for what I'm looking for and they try to sell me something that wasn't it. I asked the gentleman to explain to me how to use the cable that he was selling me for my needs and he didn't know anything about it. Went in the back to talk to someone else and came back with an answer that didn't make sense. I asked if I could speak to that gentleman and in a discontent voice he said " well he's on lunch right now ". I understand people have to eat, I just figured if you're trying to sell me a $200 RCA cable that you should at least understand its use. It's too bad Sam Ash is going out of business, their customer service and product knowledge is light years ahead of Best Buy staff. Will not be returning to this location, not sure I will visit any Best Buy location because this is pretty standard service.
