Best Buy is a store where customers usually find what they need, with helpful sales and wonderful store experiences. The shelves can sometimes be empty, but employees work very hard and are friendly, offering excellent and very helpful customer service. However, customer service is often understaffed, leading to very long wait times where a single employee handles the desk, requiring customers to seek help. When assistance is provided, the service is very good, with employees working hard to find items and complete installations in a helpful manner. The Geek Squad service is also excellent. It is worth a visit to look around and enjoy the good customer service.
Amazing work from the brunette lady (sorry forgot the name) who helped me with my iphone 17 air. Went to alot of stores and she immediately helped me right away! amazing team!!!!
