Excellent store for meats, seafood, grab and go food and a whole lot more. Highly recommend it. I’ve been shopping here since the 80s and will always shop here when I’m around. You have to give it a try.

We are locals patronizing your store for over seven years. We have never encountered a rude person in your store until today. Jeff, your sandwich maker is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. We simply wanted a sandwich on Cuban bread and he was nothing but rude and refused to make the sandwich. We spoke to the store manager at the time and he was unhelpful. We have always had great service from the cashier to the people in the butcher shop. Sadly, due to the way we retreated today we will take our business elsewhere for both our meats and our sandwich needs. I hope the owner will see this note and see that this individual Jeff is losing business for the shop.

We have always had a good experience until last Sunday April 14th around 1 pm the guy behind the deli counter was rude. Maybe having a bad day. Food was delish service not so much.

What a great little store! This place has a great butcher shop on one end, and a deli at the other that we did not try. The butcher stop had great service and some well cut & trimmed steaks. We also loved the grocery items offered. Lots of convenience items like soaps and detergents, snacks, spices, ingredients, etc. We'll need coming back for sure.

I love the store and the people are personable. I have grabbed a bun on the run there, fresh is best. We have bought many of their Bacon Wrapped Filets and have always had a great experience. I was doing a job nearby and figured I would stop in and get a couple of the smaller Filets for the Q... it was a good day at work. The 2 filets I got should have been sold in a Jack Links bag at the checkout. They were tougher than Beef Jerky, kid you not. Yes, I cooked both 5oz Filets for me. After my oral exercise regimen with the first steak I threw in the towel. I managed to put down about 1.5 oz down with a lot of unchewable on my plate. Enough is enough, I grabbed the 2nd steak. I think there may have been some collusion with the beef, possibly exact twins. Needles to say I was not to thrilled, it was dinner and nothing else was in the house. I vexed over calling the store and saying something for a couple of days, then decided to call the store. I know it's not Publix, knowing Publix would make it right but I purchased from the Country Store. Once connected to the correct people the gentleman in the butcher shop was not Empathetic with no chance of an Apology in view. It was like he had an don't really care, now hang up, your bothering me type attitude. He didn't say too bad, "sucks to be you", but I felt he might as well have. Customer service 0 on a scale to 10. There was no, we want you to have a great experience in our community store, we want you spending your money here weekly. We will see what we can do for you on your next visit, please ask for_____. I used to go there regularly, every 2-3 weeks. It has been over 6-8 months since I was there last. Every time I think about going and giving them a try again, I remember the double bad experience, 1 with the product and 1 with the person at the store. I am planning on going there again and I will follow up, John V. ?

This is so convenient, especially when you only need a few items and don't want to deal with the hassle of a bigger supermarket. They also have an amazing butcher counter and fresh catch fish. Some things are reasonably priced, some are a little pricey, but I don't mind paying for quality. Great store!!

Ample parking; clean inside; guy at the deli acted bored and unfriendly; I asked for spicy mustard and he said they only had yellow; they advertised several Reubens; they only have one. Update your website; also remove the sign that mentions the different condiments if you don't offer them. Maybe reevaluate who you have behind the deli counter; no comparison to how friendly Shaner 's was.

I have lived hear for 30 years and love the Bayway Country Store Butcher Shop . I always enjoy their pies, meats and all their pasta salads . I got their on Friday at 7:59 and run to the door and the young man saw me and locked the door right in my face . I know they close at 8:00 p.m. but I was so shocked i started crying. As i am a owner of a business and I would have said M'am we are closing in one minute is it something easy that you need. I would have rung it up the next day. I go their for my gifts for my employees and also for my clients. So sad that their is no more customer service.

Great little spot, good selection of meats, prepared foods, subs, wine, some produce even lotto! Stop in grab a few things rather than hitting a big chain

Great Butcher Shop and an awesome upscale general store. I can say without hesitation great frozen section and unique specialty items catering to high-end clients.
