I want to add to this review as I think it shows more about the company than to delete it. I received a call from Diego who was not pleased with the way my order was handled and has refunded my money in total...which included my return shipping. He stated he was out of the country and that none of this would have happened if he was present.Therefore I change my review to 5 stars!I do not usually write a negative review but this company handled my order so unprofessionally that I feel that I must. I had a subscription with this company and before the item was shipped I contacted them to cancel. I was then given a different number to call as they told me the pharmacy department handles this. I left two messages but never heard back. I went back to where I started, was told to call them again and I finally spoke with someone who told me they cannot cancel orders and sent me back to where I started. I then tried to reach the main number did not receive an answer and someone sent me a text asking how they could help. I explained that everyone I spoke with sent me to someone else to cancel. Then I was told that if the order is not shipped within 7 days it automatically is canceled. This did not happen. I explained the situation and after two days of texts I was told by the end of the day that the item would be canceled. To make a long story short, it was never canceled and it was shipped. I was then told to put a note withthe return and they would refund my money. Once I received my item and contacted them to say I received it I was told I would be charged a restocking fee. I explained the situation once again and was told that the restocking fee would be refunded once they received the item. Again I had to contact them regarding the refund of the restocking fee. They would not reimburse the shipping even though it was their fault that the item was not canceled. It is really sad that this is a small company that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. I will never order anything from them again.

I have been real impressed with their getting Vida's prescription done and helping me to get a new prescription. Then without asking they got it ready and in the mail. That made things really easy for me. They are the best.

Bay Life has been compounding needed medicine for my cat so that I can rub it into his ear, rather than fighting and forcing him to take pills. This has been a godsend!

PSA: They require payment up front before they start filling your compound order, after your Dr calls it in. If you receive a text, it may not be clear that you need to contact them and make that payment first.It's understandable that they would want payment before making a special compound that they can't resell to anyone else if someone decides they don't want it. It's just not clear in the text they send. So, fyi.

Beautiful facility! Staff is Amazing! The pharmacist is very informative and very pleasant. They will help you. They don't make it anymore stressful as it is trying to find a Good Quality pharmacy with Exceptional staff is hard to find these days ! My new Pharmacy.❤️❤️

They were there for me for my Casanova...when I needed them the most...they helped me know what I needed...they do pet medication also ...& I was so happy to find them...look no further...they are here for you....& Are very kind about helping you as well...I will never forget them.

Bay Life is the best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have the combination of Prescriptions, Compounding Formulas and Natural Products all available. The Pharmacists and staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and go the extra mile. I have moved all of my Pharmacy need to Bay Life and happy to be there!

Being from out of state and in need of a prescription I was running out of, I wasn’t sure which compounding pharmacy I should choose. I’m very happy I chose Bay Life Compounding Pharmacy. Communication has been wonderful, and they have taken great care to get everything just right. I’ve also appreciated the friendly voice on the other end of the phone! Highly recommend!!!
