The later return policy is not something that encourages me to shop as much. During big sales a woman and man come in with a cart and buy up many of the sale items inventory leaving little for other customers and they have lots of discount coupons. I have seen them at Tyrone also. They should have limits on this. They appear to be resellers.

This rating is not for the store because everyone was very nice and helpful, it for the product I purchased. Vanilla Bean Noel Body Soap. I have been buying this soap for so long I dont remember when I didnt have it. Every year I buy enough Vanilla Bean Noel to last my husband and I for the whole year. For the longest time it was was the best vanilla scent I could find anywhere. Then the musk was added and it wasnt so great anymore. Every year it gets a little worse. This year is the worst though. I dont even know what it smells like anymore but i will not be buying again. So very disappointed. nothing will ever match the original smell.

I buy things from B&BW literally every month ($$$$$) & was shopping at the 9th St location last week & I remarked to one of the associates that only about 50% of the plug-ins I've bought actually work, or work for maybe a week then die which makes me sad ?. She said "you know you can just bring those back & exchange them anytime?" I said "oh that's great, I'll do that" (no mention of a receipt as its an EXCHANGE not a refund). So I went back today with 2 brand new defective plug ins (one was a premium priced halloween coffin & one was a premium priced crystal one my sister bought me as gifts). The associate DAKOTA said "you have to have a receipt or it's just a $4.50 credit or you can exchange them for the (ugly/plain) simple black one". I said "that's not what I was told last week by your associate and these were gifts PLUS I spend a literal fortune here, I just want to exchange them for either the SAME exact one, or one the SAME price". He absolutely would not do it, so for 2 plug ins that were $20 each I took a $4.50 credit each. I think B&BW needs to take a look at the quality of their plug ins AND their exchange policy on them. If you have a customer that can show you $600 in other receipts (but not for their gift receipts for 2 plug ins) you need to make that customer happy & exchange the DEFECTIVE product for one exactly like it that WORKS!! Just like most clothing stores will exchange but not refund (to prevent stealing for cash refunds). I feel like they know about the hit or miss quality of these products that's why they won't exchange them for the EXACT same product. Basically implying you stole a plug in to come back & exchange it for the SAME plug in?? Makes no sense, why would anyone do that? I was very polite but irritated & said "I know you just work here & you don't make the rules, but someone in management needs to look at this policy". After he did the credits & I was rung up for a replacement I went to hand him a $20 bill & total was $1.07. I said oh would you like a smaller bill? He goes "At this point I literally don't care" (I can tell ?). I LOVE B&BW other products but I won't go to this location ever again due to the horrible customer service & completely uncaring attitude I was shown today by Dakota. B&BW do better!

I lucked out and happened to stop by when they had a rare 40% off Everything Sale. I bought some new fragrances that I really like so far and bought a beautiful fall themed soap bottle holder. Their seasonal items are fun and unique and the staff is helpful.

Staff is super sweet, except the cashier who seemed annoyed at the lady in front of me. Can be expensive, but if you wait. They have good deals certain days.

My wife loves Bath and Body Works. She smells so good, so I do too. The buy three get three is a good deal. The staff is pretty nice at this location

I went there for the SAS sale, they didnt have what I was really looking for....but I did find some good new scents to try out. The staff working there was friendly. Matilda was a sweetheart, helped me fix an error I made and was quick. Love this store.
