There's no drive-thru in any the Bank of America's anymore and I have to go in and this one and the other one on 60th Street. I don't know who designs parking lots that make no sense getting in or out one way in one way out Google anyway 15 minutes just to pick the positive

No one answers the phone to inquire about notary services. The website that the answering system recommends states it has problems and try again later. Days later no difference. Cannot recommend this branch. Seminole branch is much better.

It’s the only one that is near the area.

I can never seem to get out of this branch in less than half an hour. Coming on a Wednesday morning, there was only one teller with a lineup of nine people.

We went to the bank to open my wife’s first US bank account. After a brief wait in the lobby, we were assisted by Lori Johnson. Ms Johnson was terrific. She overcame document and language hurdles (my wife’s English is good, but heavily accented), maintaining a positive attitude and a smile through the nearly two hours we needed. We will definitely ask for her next time we need something at BoA.

Terrible service. My elderly mom had to go in and they said she didn't have an appointment so they couldn't see her. We were there 2 hours before they closed. So we scheduled for the next day to find out that they don't take appointment on Sat. We waited and waited only to find out that she needs to go back again because it's not a banking day. And they also told us that you don't need an appointment during the week and she didn't understand why they didn't take care of it the day before. Tried to call to get information and no one answers the phone. At this point we have no other option but to close all of the accounts. She has not had access to any funds for 12 days. Terrible... just so sad.

I only give Bank of America, especially this branch, a one star because you have to click a star in order to be able to leave a review. I have an elderly lady that is frail and sickly and has no family still living. Our social worker took her to this branch so that she could get the info that was needed for her Medicaid application. To say that the two women they spoke with were less than helpful and really could have cared less is an understatement! We had tried speaking with customer service via the phone prior to having this frail lady having to go into a branch. This little lady had her check book, her debit card and one of her other statements. She was able to tell them any of her personal information that they needed, except the PIN number of her debit card. They wouldn't even let her change her address so that they could mail her the information that she needed, which was simply bank statements) and remember she had one of her bank statements with her! I would advise anyone that is elderly and may think that they will need a sympathetic, caring banker to run as far as they can from Bank of America. They do not care about the elderly.

Made an appointment to to take care of a security matter with my accounts & was pleased with the outcome. The two female business professionals I spoke with were very knowledgeable about my concerns and guided me towards tools on how I can ultimately reach my goals. Thanks to those women, I am now better equipped to achieve them.

Visited this branch on 13th Ave N. I was delighted with the service received from Greter Dominguez and the bank manager Danays Lens. They went above and beyond providing the assistance I needed and meeting my financials needs. I would definitely recommend this branch to friends and family as it is easy and pleasant to do business with.

I recently opened new accounts at this location and I can’t say enough good things about Danays and Lori. Both were so incredibly helpful. They both made me feel as if I stepped into a local community bank.

Just made the switch to American Momentum Bank. They are at least open at 8am when regular non-rich people need them to be. Opening at 9am, when the majority of us are at work, and then closing before 5pm is just rubbing it in that you don't care about your smaller accounts. Kick rocks BoA. I no longer have to be late for work just to pay my rent!Oh, and good job replying to other people that "they should reach out to our social media team" when your employees can't even answer a phone ir call a branch direct. Because, you know, that is helpful. If you can't afford to hire people, just admit it.And spend some money fixing your drive-thru curbs!

I'm beginning to think Bank of America doesn't want my business. Countless issues and incompetence. Can't book appointment online, can't call and make an appointment, can't even call to talk to a real live human. I recommend anyone reading this to do their banking with a local credit union.
