I walked into the bank this morning, needing a notary completed for work. Dylan Lafferman and the young lady training was exceptional, professional, polite and very knowledgeable about their craft. He even made sure I was aware of options and new features the bank offered. No pressure ! Very patient

Out standing quality service fast very efficient I had a issue transferring funds from my savings account to my check account over the phone very rude not helpful so I walked to this bank of America and it was outstanding quality service thank you Steven shopnick.

I wish I could leave negative -10,000 stars. That’s what they deserve. When a business cares so little about their customers that you can’t even get a hold of them to discuss your own money they’re holding it really says something about their ethics. Have tried calling multiple times to talk to a human about a fraudulent charge, and the phone system does not work. No matter how many different phones I call from it won’t connect me to a person. It just keeps looping the same message. There’s literally no way to talk to a human. People stole money out of my account and the bank won’t respond or answer. Time to switch banks. This is scary stuff.[EDIT- to your response] - wow within 10 minutes of me leaving a review… a real person (maybe) responds to try and valiantly defend your online image! With lots of grammatical and copy/paste errors. Great work to the billionaire marketing club running that place! But sadly both the numbers you provided lead to no REAL humans. And there’s still fraud on my account. But you copy and pasted the same response to yet another negative review - now that’s progress!

My experience with this particular location has been very pleasant and phenomenal. What stood out to me the most was how everyone working in this location was championing for me. They made sure all my questions were answered and also throughly educated me on many products they offer. I want to thank the whole staff. The whole team at this branch is awesome ?.

After banking with Bank of America for 20 years, I couldn't even get a document witnessed at the Rutland Plaza branch on 62 Avenue in St. Pete. Steven, the front greeter and former fry guy from McDonalds said, "Oh, yeah um.... that's not a service we offer! Yeah, sorry... have a great day!!" I replied... "Wait, you guys notarize stuff, I just need someone to witness our signatures!" and he just put it in automatic and repeated, "Yeah, sorry but we don't offer that service, but have a great day!" and just hurried us along! Did Steven ask us to wait so he could find a branch that offered that? Of course not, he couldn't be bothered with that. Why would my 20 years of being a loyal customer matter to Steven? He was already on his way to disappointing the next customer before we made it out the door. Funny, when I called Bank of America corporate a little while ago, they said that this wasn't the case and that while some branches don't offer notary type services, witnessing a document was at the sole discretion of the bank so, I guess Steven just didn't feel the need to go the "extra mile" as it were. So goodbye Steven! Goodbye Bank of America! My parting advice for Bank of America is to stop recruiting from McDonald's and find people that actually care to service customers. Clearly this was never your strong point. I should have learned this from years ago when your bank manager in Spring Hill told me... "Why should I cut you a break, nobody ever cut me a break!" So pathetic. Worst bank ever.

Robert Lyons has helped me so much with my finances. He is patient, extremely kind, and always does what he says he will do for customers like myself. I've been with BOA for 33 years. It's because of associates like Robert that I love this bank. He truly cares.

This is my one stop shop for all my banking needs! I've never met a more friendly branch than this location especially. They make my day easier with swiftness and efficiency. Rob has been a huge help ever since I started my account here. They deserve a 5 star and nothing less.

Update: Met with the branch manager first thing this morning. They are trying to take care of the deposit right now so my items don't return. If they do the right thing I will update the review accordingly.Drive thru ATM at this location took $1230 cash from me tonight reset itself and promptly handed me my card back, no receipt and no deposit into my account, isnt this just special, second time in two years! Robot Monkeys on the phone showed ZERO empathy for what had happened, it was literally like talking to robots, said they put in a claim and it will take me 2-45 days possibly up to 6 months to get my money back, yes I said 6 months!!! I asked them to repeat it I was so shocked. Meanwhile my mortgage payment, Duke Energy, 2 credit cards, 2 paypal and my IRS payment will bounce tomorrow because of this. They even refused to write letter of explanation so I don't incur any NSF charges despite the FACT that it is their fault. I have been with this branch for nearly ten years and this is the best they can offer me. I'm going to see my attorney in the morning, these people are screaming make an example of them....it's time. If anyone else has had this happen to them please msg me, something tells me my neighbor and I are not the only victims here, stand up and lets get you counted in a way even Bank of America won't ignore.

I drive 15 min out of my way just to go to this particular branch. They are the most friendly staff. I'm never leaving Bank of America!
